"Greetings to the intelligent species of this galaxy, I am Odin, Chief Archon of the Asgard Hegemony. I come here on a mission of exploration and peace, to investigate your galaxy, and to meet the peoples herein. The Asgard are a technologically advanced species from another galaxy. The Asgard Hegemony is an association of free individuals from our home galaxy who seek new frontiers of exploration, which is why we have come to you. I will now introduce the members of the Hegemony's high council.
"Thor, Supreme commander of the Asgard Expeditionary Defense Fleet. Along with his highest officers, Tyr, Second officer of the AEDF, and Heimdall, director of the AHIS, or Asgard Hegemony Intelligence Service.
" Next is Freyr, chairperson of the Asgard educational council, and Frigga, chief diplomat of the Asgard diplomatic corps. I also present Valkris, First healer of the Asgard Medical corps.
" The Asgard Hegemony comes to this galaxy on an errand of peace, but we are prepared to defend ourselves, I will now yield the floor to supreme commander Thor."
A brief silence as thor takes the podium
"Greetings, I am Thor. The hegemony comes to this galaxy fully prepared to defend ourselves. Even as each day brings more and more citizens of the Hegemony here, so to shall it bring advanced starships, both carrying them and defending them. We stand ready to defend ourselves with these, 4 Baliskner-class defense vessels, and my flagship, the Mjolnir, an O'neill-class vessel of great strength, make no mistake, any attack on the Hegemony would be foolhardy. I trust to the good nature and peacefulness of our new neighbours to see to it that we do not have any problems of a military nature. I am instructed to yield the floor to Councilor Freyr."
Councilor Freyr
" Greetings, although the Hegemony is relativly new in nature, we come bearing much knowledge of our own home galaxy, and of the technology we bring with us, if any nation of sufficient size and technological levels would like to arrange a meeting, I am powered to discuss exchanges of technology and of our understanding of the universe at large. I yield the floor to Frigga."

" Greetings. On behalf of the Asgard Hegemony I would like to extend the hand of friendship to any nations wishing a defensive or trading alliance, we look forward to meeting all of the new races of this galaxy, in peace and friendship. I yield to Valkris."
Dr.Valkris
" Greetings, I would like to extend the admittedly limited resources of the Asgard Hegemony to the suffering peoples of this galaxy, those who suffer from persecution, or sickness will always be welcome in the eyes of the Asgard. That being said, I leave you with Odin, the chief Archon."

"My thanks Valkris. We have stated our intentions and hope to meet all the peoples of this galaxy in friendship. end transmission."
