It lay dormant for almost ten years now only after that horrible incident it had been forgotten by all but the top brass that remained from that time. The Black Phoenix virus now was stored with the other "toys" of the council. Along such things as the more well known O.P.C. remote.

"So this is the virus that nearly cost us our nation," a young man in a rather new looking uniform muttered, as he looked over a small glass vial filled with black goo like substance. "Careful with that commander once it mixes with the air it'll revert to its gas form and you might condom the nation once more," a lab technician stated behind the commander. "I know. It took ten years for it to solidify this far. But think of this. There is no cure for this. Not even the nanites can stop this. So far only two infected 'people' have survived and I use the term people loosely when talking about those two," the commander replied as he placed the vial back in it's holder. "You mean Knightly and Maxwell. Well Knightly is three different types of races and Maxwell is two possibly three. That and Knightly was turned by a unique 'vampire' not a generic one or by genetic modification. Hell I'd love to see how Commander Lancer would react with him being half demon now.. but I'm just rambling on," the tech said with a slight laugh. "What would you do to see what would happen to the commander if he was infected?" the young commander asked as he picked up another "toy" to look at. "What you're saying is basically treason. These objects are kept in here so that no one outside of the military can get at them let alone a corporal getting their hands on these items. But if you did take it out you could be signing the death warrant for almost a billion and half people let alone the world...," but the tech suddenly stopped speaking as he noticed the commander had fired his pistol into the tech's chest only a inch from his heart. "Shut up and let me do my job," the commander muttered as he picked up the rack holding sixteen vials of the virus and started walking out of the vault. "Alex purge the vault after I leave," he said to the sector AI. "Yes commander. But there is an occupant at the moment. Shall I wait till he or she leaves?" "No Alex he is a traitor and the council doesn’t need any around. Close the door and pure the damn vault Alex.” “Yes sir purging now,” the AI said as the massive sixteen inch door slammed shut behind the commander and the tech’s look of pure horror at the sight of the microwave purging system humming to life. Only seconds later the vault was void of all but the objects being stored.
--------------Three hours later--------------
"Sir are you sure you want me to do this?" the commander asked as he sat at his desk the rack with the vials sitting beside the holo-projector. "Yes commander. We need this to get our plans started in the right direction. If you do this you'll be ensured a promotion if you can survive this," the council member replied as he killed the transmission. The commander sighed and turned on his chair to the third drawer and pulled it open pulling out a vial of nanites. He poured it on one of his hands and it began to react slowly covering his skin forming the newer module of the chemical armor. Only ten minutes after he poured it on he was covered in the gray air tight armor sealing himself in. "Time to start this," he said with a deep sigh as he took one of the vials and opened it's cap tossing it on the floor. The black goo inside suddenly began to hiss as it began to dissolve. The virus once again was free to inspire fear.

Outside his office people doing there normal boring jobs suddenly started gagging and screaming in pain as the virus began to take it's hold on them. Most of them started running for windows only to plummet to their deaths onto the crowds below. Mass chaos began to erupt in the city as people began running away and the military began moving in on the building. The media was already flocking to the area broadcasting the chaotic incident to the world.

OCC:Ok if anyone remembers this it is the Black Phoenix virus. I did a RP on it about four months ago give or take. Basicly join in if you wish but this is a lead up to a major incident. Anyways the virus does a few things. First it makes the infected go insane and turn on anything that moves trying to kill it. But four days later they burst into flames and die but there ashes spawn more of the virus. Hence the name Black Phoenix.

Chaos erupted in the city as the rumers began to spred that the virus was lose. Biohazard equipment sales were sky high and kept rising as the entire nation was in a panic. It was all planed to casue chaos.
----------------------
"This is Nick Oakenfold reproting live from Paladin. The sceen here is pure chaos. We have been advised at the moment to wear any biohazard suits or equipment we have at the moment for our own safty," the reporter said as he adjusted his "moon suit", "Curently the rummors are that this is the Black Phoenix virus. The only virus that simply is unstopable. Curtnly there is no word on what is going on inside the quarentine zone but there is fear that the wind will blow the virus onto the rest of Phalanix laying waste to anything alive in it's path. Nick Oakenfold signing off." With that the broadcast ended.

OCC:Nope it isn't that person Cyber. I'll simply say that I'm doing game quotes for my sig at the moment.
