The Emperor of Thrashia has seen fit to hire foreighn scientists to research and teach his own scientists to develope a Thrashian Space Program. As yet the program will only to put small sattelites into space and in a year or two put a man on the moon.

If any country wishes to put thier scientists at my Emperor's disposal they will reaceve a salary of 10,000,000 per year for a contract of 3 years with 2 years of pay in advance.

The years of time pass by and the weapons and space programs have grown. The Emperors space troopers have established their first moon base and colony where they have begun the building large factories for the developement of his Majestys future space fleet.

And in the year 2127, year 78 of Emperor Shadaum III's reign his royal highness has taken transport to inspect his new moon base and inspect his men.

A new era had arrived in Thashia.

For many years now (since 1897 and the invention of the steam rocket) the glorious empire of Evluvia has had a secret off world settlement INSIDE the CENTRE of the moon, since we deemed the outside too dull to settle. Since the arrival of the Thrashian settlers on our beloved Arsengarfenstar (the glorious new name for the moon) we have been deliberating our position on this matter.

After much debate I, Gooblewad Primus of Arsengarfenstar, have decided not to declare war upon your invading nation as you were clearly unaware of our presence here. I would instead like to extend the hand of friendship and hope we can live together in peace within our respective borders. I would however like to request that you kindly refrain from drilling your sewage system into the centre of the moon, so far we have had several "Unpleasant" instances in our food storage and recreational facilities.

I extend my hand of greetings and alliance of our crountries space intrests. I thankyou for your candor sir, in the matter of our landing on the moon. I am already setting up a new system to deal with the wastes of my new moon outpost. I also declare that the outpost's commander Colonel Veer and his detachment of 800 shock troopers are to be at your service in the event you are invaded is to be put under your direct command. Since we have yet to establish a space fleet, but are in the planning stages, this is allwe can do. $10,000,000 is being sent to you via Swiss Bank accounts to help with the accidents my base's sewage system caused.

After settling everything to do with the political needs of his outpost and seeing to the transportation of food and supplies, his Majesty the Emperor has returned to Earth to once again look after the affairs of Thrashia. The Emperor has placed Second Consul Alander Maxus to be liason of Moon political matters, and placed Colonel Veer in charge of the 2,000 factory workers and 800 troopers in the station.

After receipt of the message, the TRSS Orion, slowly turns...... Energy starts building a few thousand kilometers from it..... and within seconds a massive "hole" tears open..... the event horizon of this "hole" is space, shimmering like a lake...... emerging from this "hole" in space/time... an identical vessel lumbers out..... markings read "TRSS Chronos BSG-3" following her are about 10 smaller vessels, 4 1.8 metric ton vessels, and 6 even "smaller" 120,000 metric ton vessels...... Markings reading, "TRSS Taurus BC-21, TRSS Leo BC-24, TRSS Aries BC-27, TRSS Cancer BC-30, TRSS Nero DSTEV-58, TRSS Pontius DSTEV-59, TRSS Vico DSTEV-60, TRSS Lucifer DSTEV-61, TRSS Tiamat DSTEV-62, and TRSS Apollo DSTEV-63".... The TRSS Chronos and her "escorts" come within a few hundred Kilometers of the TRSS Orion... After a few moments of appearant, but unknown communications flying between the two, the massive TRSS Orion, turns and begins to lumber away.... a massive energy surge storming out of her for no appearant reason....... then, suddenly, space "opens up" before her, another massive "hole" in space time.... which the Orion lumbers right into, appearantly with cause.... vanishing from the region in a flash..... the hole stays for a couple seconds, and then slams closed behind her.....

Left in orbit, the TRSS Chronos and her entourage, begin scanning the region casually....... Admiral Romero, Commander of the Tekanian 2nd Stellar fleet, peruses the situation in the area.... confident in it's relative security, he sends orders to Commander Wilkes and Commander Frakes aboard the TRSS Lucifer and TRSS Tiamat to enter orbit, and maintain close watch over the area.....

The TRSS Lucifer and TRSS Tiamat, surge into a "picket" orbit over the Moon, which they call "Luna".....

The TRSS Chronos and her entourage turn around, and within a minute, the Chronos is duplicating what the Orion did.... power surging from some massive hidden source in her bulk..... tearing a hole in the very fabric of the universe.... and her and all the remaining ships in the fleet, slip inside... vanishing from all appearant existance.... once again, the "Hole" remaining for a few seconds, before it collapses on itself... appearantly "righting" the universe.....

Eh, Evluvia (as have many players here), I have had a base on the moon before you existed, though, in light of the Great Exodus, they have been abandoned.

After 10 years of research and experimentation Thrashian scientists have developed a "hyper drive" engine allowing space ships to travel through space within days, not centuries. The first test was done with a primate in a newly made Space Fighter prototype. The ship succesfully made it to pluto and back within 3 months.
With this success the Emperor, who soon planned to pass his threone on, has ordered the engines kept secret and the Navigational computers used in it to be kept to secret, much like Spanish and Portugese kept their ruders secret in the 1500's.
The new engines were dubbed, x1 Hyperdrive. As well as hyperdrive systems, the sientists made large advances in sub-light engines for atmospereic use and in "real" space.

Under secret orders of the Emperor also had command of 12 weapons scientists on the moon in a secret bunker. The head scientist, a man named Maxim, created and enhanced the laser technology of the Thrashain military. His new Turbo laser cannons were placed in turrents all around the new moon base.
With this new technology many new designs for Capital ships to from the first Thrashian space fleet to fit the growing Empires bugget and economy.

In light of that fact that he created the program. Emperor Shadaum has decreed for all future time that the capital ships of Thrashia would bare his name.

Production of these new Shadaum-Class Cruisers is underway. And the first is planned to be finished in under 1 year. At tis moment only one known factory exists that is creating these new ships. But undoutably the Emperor has several other locations in space as well as on Earth.

Thus has the creation of a first Thrashian Space Fleet been started.

Ocativian Shadaum smiled. Yes his father would be proud of him. Now that he was Emperor Shadaum IV he decided he would follow his fathers plan that he had set. Octavian even held the document of instructions in his hands.

Yes, he thought, I will do as you wished Father. So sorry I had to have you assinated though, then again you did the same to your father so I have made it a tradition in a way. His laugh rang through the empty hall.


Admiral Veers stood on the bridge of the 'Exacutor'. The first of the new Shadaum-class ships. Since this was the first time commanding it and the crew having only done simulators he decided to make two hyper jumps. The first taking them to Saturn, then coming back to the edge of the moons gravitational pull. The crew had perfromed excellently. They had been well trained.
He walked over to his comm officer, Captian Polshan.
"Captain, open up a line to Major Vanders courters,and inform him I want half the of the Fighter Squadrons to go out in manuevers and to have a mock battle. I will be watching and have the other fighters on standby."
The Captian simply nodded and saluted as he did as ordered.
Admiral Veers watched as his fighters started their manuevers.

On the Bridge of the Lucifer, Commander Wilkens has been monitoring the progress of Thrasia...

"They've developed hyperspace drives.... in a very short period of time.... very impresive..." remarks CMDR Wilkens

The Tekanians never developed "hyperspace" their first FTL propulsion relied on the Warp Drive principles of the early physicist Acubeir..... which they still use more advanced versions of on all their ships.... Their high-tech achievment was the development of the Kraskinov system they have implaced on their large "Orion Class" vessels (like the TRSS Orion and TRSS Chronos).... which produce a "Warp-gate" type technology, for near -instantaneous travel over long distances.... Which unfortuneatly at this point is limited to the massive power-output capabilities of their Flag Vessels...

Under pre-determined agreements between Parlim and Thrashia, Thrashian military personal have taken control of the Parlim moon base and shipyards. Since Parlim is now in the middle of a Great Exodus all Parlim held territory and left over resources have been given to Thrashia.

Already more personal are being shipped moon side as the newly gained ship yar and base are put to use. On Earth the 1st Division has taken control of the old Parlim capital and its resources and anythig else left, iron, resources, etc.
