All nations who model their society after the ancient Roman Empire are welcome to join this alliance. It involves the following:

1. Tariffs of no more than 5% may be imposed on member states.

2. If one member state is attacked, the others must provide military assistance.

3. All member states agree to share all science, technology, and military developments.

4. All member states agree to share all intelligence.

Ok I like to join, but how u get a 5% to begin with. :confused:

OOC: Oh, I should also mention: Only good roleplayers need apply. Also, we will work out a charter once two or three other members join.
