With the rousing success of the first National Mass yesterday, The Kingdom of Heiliger , Council of Allen meets today for the first time. The Council will decide and write down the Consitution. Both of the Bishop and the Ten Fathers has arrived in the Nation's Capitol, Joan of Arc. They will also design the nation flag and draw out its borders. More to come as the meeting closes for the first day and we can get a chacne to talk to Cardinal Summer and some of the Fathers.
