The History of Thrashia
Thrashia’s history is long one. It was founded by the first Emperor Maximus Falcus in the year 1276 in the region of the South Pacific. In its 700 years plus as a country it grew in power due to its highly trained army which was equipped with the best of weapons of the age. Thrashia from the beginning had a lot of trade and contact with the country of Japan. Thus the currency for Thrashia has since been the koku in the form of gold ingots.
Not very much is said of the government. Since the beginning the Emperors had always ruled justly and the people have always respected their power. The Emperor’s of the last 200 years had a very liberal view of the surrounding world allowing the economy and the military to stay on par with the western powers such as Britain and France, allowing them to stay under their own control instead of becoming a colony.
There has never been a single civil war in Thrashia or any kind of usurpers as there has been one single line of Emperors from the beginning.
In recent history there has been a new surge in foreign trade and production of materials has been boosted by Thrahsia move to the new region known as The Undefeated of The South which it founded in partnership with the country of Parlim. Parlim has for several years recent been very supportive of Thrashia and helped to supply his Majesty with a new modern air-force. As well as that of a weapons supplier in the trade guild known as the country of Intelligent Neighbors who was a critical factor in his Majesty’s program to upgrade the military. His Majesty’s father induced the law that at all times at least 1.6% of the entire population must be in the military, thus allowing the military to grow from its original 80,000 men to some 500,000+ and still growing.
The Empire of Thrashia is also a member of the United Nations, which is new for the country, since Thrashia has for the most part stayed out of the politicial ring of the world. But as Thrashia continues to grow and expand under the rule of its most loved ruler Emperor Shadaum III it has become a way of staying at the crest of the new generation’s wave.

Products of Thrahsian Industry; Military
(1) The Thrashian weapons program has been upgraded in the recent year due to increased trade. At this moment Thrashia’s new factories have been producing battle tanks after the model of the Russian made T-90, producing 300 a month from each factory. Five other factories have been put in charge of munitions making so that close to 12,000 rounds of tank shells are made a day.
(2) As well as tanks there are two smaller factories that produce a new and improved Ak-47v2 (Ak-47 version 2) which has increased fire capacity as well as range and accuracy. 2,000 are made each week to supply the Emperor’s growing military. Munitions for the guns are made at a large factory located next to the Imperial Palace.
(3) A recent discovery of Thrashian military scientists is the use of missiles. Upon receiving one as a gift from its weapon supplier, Thrashian factories have been quick to copy it and have started pumping out 13,000 cruise missiles every three months, the location of these factories have been kept a military secret under the direct order of his Majesty so as not to subject them to sabotage. These factories are also making 150 new F-16 fighter jets per month as well as C-130 troop transports for airborne operations.

(1) Due to the recent move to a new region which is rich in forests and mountain ranges, Thrashian mining and wood cutting production have boomed. 3 mines have discovered several different veins of ores. One of them is gold. Discovered by the Emperor’s prospectors, a large vein has been discovered in the western regions of the mountains (Chokel Mountains). Every month 350 tons of gold bullion is mined and carted to the capital. The gold is then minted into gold koku ingots which have been added to the Imperial treasury which is under guard by the Emperors most faithful and trusted force of the military known only as the Unspeakables for there unbelievable brutality in battle. The gold has added some $50,000,000 to the treasury a month.
(2) Large amounts of silver veins have also been found which have similarly been minted and added to the Imperial treasury in the form of ingots. This adding some $40,000,000 to the treasury each month.
(3) In the north of Thrashian borderlands there have been discoveries of massive Iron veins and large amounts of sulfur, both of which are mined and warped for the use of the Military program. Some 500 tons a month of both products are mined each month.
(4) The only export that is on a large scale is the export of fine furniture which has become a very wanted product at large within the world, especially in the countries of Japan, Thailand, and Parlim. The Emperor himself is seated on a large gold encrusted throne made of the finest wood made by the best of carpenters. Also logs are exported as well since some countries have more need for their own designs. Close to 1,000,000 logs a month are cut and shaped by the wood industry of Thrashia.
(5) Also Thrashia's offshore oil rigs have been sucessful in drilling millions of barrels each month. Close to 32 rigs are located all around the coastlines where oil has been found in abundance. The oil is then sent to the Imperial Reserve which is an underground oil hold were billions upon billions of barrels are stored for the use of his Majesty's army and civilians.

(1) Thrahsia is located on this regions only peninsula. This decision was made by the Emperor himself who wished to have a secure place for his people away from the enemies of the Empire. The peninsula is roughly 200 square miles in size. The edge of this peninsula is surrounded by the high Chokel Mountains (about 3,000 ft high) inside this bowl of mountains is the heart of the Thrashain Empire it surmounts to nothing more than very fertile lands that keep the nations main crop, wheat, in production. If going from there to the mainland one must go through the only existing pass through the mountains into the mainland of the region which is roughly the size of Australia. This pass is guarded by the 1st Division of the Emperor’s army and have faithfully kept it safe for the civilians to pass through their checkpoints. In the center of the region is one lone mountain known as Mount. Kuso which is about 5,000 ft high, around it, in all directions is nothing but a continental forest which breaks into some inland plains and the coastal plains. On the western side of the region there are three islands which are governed by the sovereign country of Parlim. Of recent years Parlim has become a major factor in Thrashian trade and economy, becoming its ally in all things including military aide.
