(OOC: For those of you who don’t know Sage, I suggest you start finding him around here on NS, this is a war that has just started around, the aliens called the Xan have opened a portal to Hell, and now demons and devils are running rampant all over the land of Ark. Sage is going to be the Jesus of Nationstates, even though he is going to kill a lot of things, another name for Sage is the Unholy Savior, or as the soldiers of the Ark Royal Military refer to him; Sire.)
It was a small camp on top of a hill in the plains, trees were on one side, the other side were the Palagin fields. The camp was one of the Ark’s Royal Military’s. There were a total of five hundred men in it, tents lined up, with posts stuck every here and there. Boxes were pilled upon boxes, full of swords, or guns and ammo, or armour. Men walked too and fro, with the heavy high-tech armour they wore.
In a bigger tent in the middle of the camp a table sat inside. It was seven foot by three foot, with a big map of Ark taking up the entire table, the continent and the ocean. The mountains, the plains, the forests, the rivers and lakes, all on there, the deserts and jungles, everything.
Sage Cornellis sat in his seat, rubbing his chin, he was only fifteen years old, but he wore the armour of an adult. It was heavy, and jet black, it had many runes all over it, and the knee plates appeared to be skulls. Hanging from his neck, on a golden chair, sticking out against the pitch black metal, was a golden Crucifix, it was nine inches tall, and had five red jewels in it, one on each point, and one where all arms met.
His hair was long, and extremely blonde, to the point where it was almost white. He had on massive black gloves and the whole body armour made his head look rather small. He stood up with ease, and looked at his assistant.
“Sire, it appears the demon armies are amassing here… here… and here…” The aide; Jonas Kair said pointing along the southern beaches, the Andras Mountains, and the Ishtari.
“The Ishtari, that is not far from here, only twenty miles west,” Sage said as he looked over the map.
“Aye,” Jonas said. “We sent a scout to search the area, he should be returning within this night.”
Sage walked out of the tent, from the light of the candles to the dark of the night, he looked up at the moon, the next day would be many of these soldiers first battle.
(OOC: Join in as a soldier, Ark is the united nations of the NS world, so they all fit in, also, one person can join as the scout.)
