I am pleased to announce today the completion of the 1st Armada; the first of what will soon be many top-of-the-line warships to be put in the service of the newly formed Ebon Navy, and the first vessels created at the magnificent new MNI (Maximus Naval Industries) Shipyards right here in Wretchan Luna. This is a great step for our nation as a whole, and particularly for the Territory of Wretchan Luna. Plans for 10 different classes of warships have been made. They are:

Overlord-class dreadnaught
Infernal-class dreadnaught
Eternal-class carrier
Tyrant -class heavy cruiser
Dragon-class heavy cruiser
Balor-class cruiser
Chimera-class assault frigate
Manticore-class defense frigate
Reaper-class destroyer
Savage-class corvette

The 1st Armada consists of:
4 Infernal-class dreadnaughts
4 Eternal-class carriers
2 Tyrant-class heavy cruisers
4 Dragon-class heavy cruisers
6 Balor-class cruisers
6 Chimera-class assault frigates
6 Manticore-class defense frigates
8 Reaper-class destroyers

The flagship is still under construction; it is an Overlord-class dreadnaught (the most powerful class of vessel thus far), and we are tentatively calling it the Black Throne.

The Five Kingdoms would like to congratulate Wretchengard on this glorious acheivement, and indeed we hope very much that this armada will usher in a new age of dominance for Wretchengard.

We also hope that this accomplishment will help set a precedent among the other nations of Arda, for our presence in the void of space is embarrasingly lacking, to say the least.

If the Wretchan Armada would like some assistance in training their crews, we would be more than happy to allow them to use some of our facilities on Io, as our men there do little else but train and prepare for times of war. Before long, we hope Wretchengard will become a power in space.

We thank the Five Kingdoms for their generous offer. The crews are busy conducting training operations and familiarizing themselves with their vessels at the moment; although they've all received extensive simulator training, they'll need more if they are to be ready for any sort of action against Kajal. Once that bit of business is over and done with, I hope we'll be able to take you up on your offer.

It gives me great pleasure to announce the completion of the 2nd Armada of the Ebon Navy, bringing Wretchengard one step closer to level footing in space-age warfare. Furthermore, the flagship Black Throne (an Overlord-class dreadnaught) is in the final stages of production, and should be combat-ready very soon.
