Greetings all.

My RP palette is somewhat empty as of late, relative to what it once was. I have fond memories of Project Genesis, Homeworld (Elara's RP), all those innumerable S.O.S. RPs, and it seems as though the forums are heavily lacking nowadays.

I am wondering if anyone would be interested in a space exploration RP that would take place around the massive Karos ship graveyard, an astroarcheology goldmine on the edge of the Milky Way. In this RP, I plan to have an exploration and discovery element as well as a combat element.

So...is anyone interested?

I suppose I can join, I'm less likely to forget with this nifty subscription feature. Of course, I would like to keep any technologies we stumble across in the graveyard.

Ok. So there's one...

Alright so its gonna start out like this:

An RGF astroarchaeological team will be working in the Karos graveyard, deep in the wrecks, and they discover something really valuable. What it is...I won't reveal that just yet. But then they send for other astroarcheology teams to come and help them figure out what it is.

And then it takes off from there. I'm not yet sure as to what happens in between the discovery and the revelation, but that won't be revealed quite yet. You'll have to read the story.

Well...that would be a problem, considering that the graveyard ships...some of them are still fully operative if not crewed, and controlled by deranged AIs. If you send in ships, and they find you, they will attack.

And where the story's going would prohibit stealing the technologies.

Of course, if you wanted to play the pirate...

I would like to join, but you'll have to wait until I return from vacation on the fifth of September...

Brandoniats: Well, just be reasonable. No uberships. This RP will only bring in small groups of explorer and science ships.

5CN: Ok, we'll wait. I still need to work out the plot a little more, too, and I should probably wait until the other RPs that I'm involved in die down a bit.
