Political description:

The Dominion of Keimonia is totalitarian state, The President has absolute power over anything and everything in the country. The presidency is a life-long post, but the president may give up power whenever he chooses to. The power shall then be passed to vice president, personally selected and trained by the president.
There are no elections – the president chooses himself his sucsessor, and the council.
The Council is a informative institution only. It has no real power, and in includes experts of all areas, including military, economy, and political advisors.
