Secret IC to T/W--- A letter from Bio-Chem's new president and CEO Mike Hunt(Mark Gibson,the old CEO, was shot)---- We have changed our minds. We are running low on our suppplies and we need funding. We have chemicals preapred for wars. We have seen the power behind your attacks, especially your ebola mutated attacks. We have begun our own chemical warfare departmednt, but we need to get money for funding. We apologize for our formor CEO's lack of regonization for your great leadership, and would like to extend our hand to you and offer trade to you. If you would tell us which country your main organization headquaters is, we will send someone there to negotiate with you.
