In an attempt to further extend the reach of the Space Empire of Foe Hammer, we have engaged in numerous expeditions into the untouched systems of the Milky Way. We are greatly disappointed with results of such expeditions, which show no planets that meet the needs of Foe Hammer. With the Duma's permission, we wish to establish a colony on the uninhabited portions of the northern polar ice caps of Mars. We are 110% willing to work with the Duma and other Martian nations in choosing a suitable location, and are open to any questions you may have regarding the use of said colony diplomatically or militarily.
