Hi,Im General Zadorwski the dictator of Otran.
Im going outlined my foreign policy:
1. We believe in heavy militarized borders.
2. We believe its born giving right to expand our Nation and invade other nations.
3. We have big military and we continue expanding. No we dont believe in any treaty to reduce our army size or our missiles.
4. Any country we believe that can be treath we will kick out their foreign dignataries from our borders.
5. We are open to any trades to any countries.

Any country that want trade with us,they are welcomed. Remember we dont respect human rights or political freedoms

Um actually since you are new, you dont have a big army.

OOC: No, but it was an ic post. General Zadorwski can certainly try to bluff other nations with claims about his military, as long as the player agrees to reasonable military size OOC.

Also the Otran Empire has just legalized slavery within their borders.
