The Football Association of Liverpool England (FALE) have passed a resolution 24-9 (4 abstentions) to host a new tournament, to be played in Liverpool England. It is a seven-a-side under 17 tournament (maximum 2 over-age players of age under 22).

Liverpool England, as hosts, will not take part.

I can't for the life of me figure out why this tournament is "7 a side"

Since no one in Vilita has ever heard of playing "7 a side" before, even on the u-11 level, no less the almost-pro u-17 level, We will not be able to send a team.
