Someone explain to me the whole government waste thing is this money I misspend or is it as it seems money that I don't spend at all? Explain please.
Also explain why my trade deficit is so high. 470 billion.

ah ok but I can't think of any wastefulness I've done I mean my budget is entirely defense and law pretty much must be those below me, congress and such

Waste is assumed based on political freedoms. A more accurate indication would be the UN Corruption and Crime reports - that of course gets into the question of exactly how much impact these have on the budget.
