The Republic of Yanatuva formally announces an end to its isolation from the international community.
Our isolation has been enforced ever since our country located in the Baltic Sea declared its independance from the Tsarist Russian Empire in November 1918.
Our isolation has served us well allowing us to survive the Second World War and any possible Soviet attempt to dominate of our homeland.
However, our economy that has relied on wood based industry, agriculture and chemical manufacture has been declining as of late and we see that the only possible way to survive is to open our borders to trade, investment and diplomacy.
We are welcoming embassies to our nation and we are willing to establish embassies abroad also.
In addition, we are looking for viable and stable trading partners.
We thankyou for reading our statement.
