In the Juanoian Empire, a new Emporer has taken the throne. His goal: to reset the wrongs of his father. Emporer James IV, son of Emporer Alfred II has vowed to take complete control over what was once a purely imperial nation. Under Alfred II's rule, it became more and more like a constitutional monarchy. But no more. It is time for a change, a major change. A change in which the Empire of Juanoia claims its long awaited title, that of a world superpower.
