Think of this as an IC storefront, more of an open market, really. Basicaly you can meet with reps from other nations, discuss trade, make contracts, and possibly gain an ally or two.
This is not limited to weapons and military stuff, you can make an arrangement for, say, iron.
True, this will likely be used to make weapons, but thats not what matters :)
Im futuretech, by the way. This does not mean that the RP is limited to futuretech nations, if your modern, you can trade with the future, if your a modern-purist, you can trade with other modern guys.

The meeting is hosted by the DGNT national govornment. Food, lodings and storage for trade samples will be provided by the govornment. Transportation for your officials may be arranged, but a small fee will be charged.
