Greetings fellow Nations of the world.
I am Ambassador Sazpa Stobor of the Incorporated States of Sapor, and I bring the first communications of my nation to you.
My nation seeks to learn about the world outside our borders as we can no longer afford the luxury of ignorance. As directed by my government I ask you the nations of the world, what is your stance towards Cat people (ooc:- Neko's) like us?

The Supreme Inquisitor/Minister of Foreign Affairs nodded slowly. "Shall we not offer to send a diplomat to meet with this nation?"
"Sounds good."
"Who would be most reasonable to send?"
"Someone open to different cultures, and knows a lot about our culture..."
"Perhaps Master Zemeen?"
"If he has time."
"Can we not have the diplomatic meeting occur when time is available?"
"I'll call him now."
"Well you inform me if any more occurs?"
"Of course, sir."

Sovreign nation of Sapor: The Independence of Ganurath intends to send a diplomat to meet with your nation so we may become friends and learn about each other. We will transmit the times that are conveniant after you respond.

"Eh didn't we ask them to inform us of their stance towards our species?"Sazpa asked the communication technician.
"Indeed you did Ambassador, prehaps they only heard what they wanted to hear?"
"Oh well I had better inform them to hold on to those diplomats till we get that 'Guide to Sapor' finished so they won't embarass themselves. It wouldn't be polite to have it any other way; standby to transmit."

"Please pardon us but since this wasthe first time we have communicated with the nations of the world, I must of been unclear with what I asked. We wanted to know what is your opinion on catpeople? So please don't send diplomats to us as yet....we wished to finish our "Guide to Sapor" first so that when we start formal talks you won't risk embarassing yourselves accidentally.

"Let's see if they'd be interested in some sort of cultural exchange program. Or if they'd let us pet them."
"You know, m'lord," Aide Tonk von Horal reminded his sovereign, "we do have Nekos in Edolia."
"Yes! But not nearly as cute as these ones! We must work to bind our two cultures together, in the name of harmony and cuteness!"
