As a new nation with a growing and advancing military, the Republic of Sandiria is looking for military advisers in the intelligence, scientific, and security fields to update and further train its armed forces. Information on hostile nations and terrorist organizations would be vital, however, talks with any and all groups will be held. Economic and military compensation for all aid will be negotiated. This will be in your favour.

General Cooper here from the honorable Republic of Jaminme on orders by President Ellis.

Jaminme is considered the authority of Air Force units in her region, Greater Freedom, and around the world. We are the largest supplier of reconnsasince air craft and fighter jets, including ___________.

We have several highly regarded institutions in the Air Force field, and consider it the pride of Jaminme. We have reserved 1,000 spots for 1,000 of your best air force men. Please note, this is a very generous offer, and we extend such things rarely to our own regional friends. Please select them, and have them ready to be sent to Jaminme in less then four months. Their names and information are to be reported to The Jaminme National Air Force in no later then two months.

We will also send you 200 fighter jets and 200 bombers, enough for a substancial fleet to get you started. It is up to you what you do with them. We offer you an embassy in Jaminme City, our national capitol. On top of that, we offer you militaristic aid in times of trouble.

If you choose to accept our offer, we at Jaminme require diplomatic immunity for an ambassador and President Ellis. We also will require militaristic aid if the time comes and we need it. The Jaminme National Air Force also requires a location for an Air Force facility, and a four acre set of land owned exclusivly by Jaminme where we can set up an Armed Forces center or related building.

We greatly appreciate President Ellis' offer to aid in the building of a formidable Sandirian Air Force. We are willing to accept the following offers:

1) Within the next two weeks, we will send 1,000 (one thousand) soldiers by airplane to Jaminme to train with The Jaminme National Air Force.

2) We will buy from you 200 (two hundred) of your best and most updated fighter jets and 200 (two hundred) of your best and most updated bombers.

3) A Sandirian embassy in Jaminme City will be constructed in the next few months. We will transport workers and various supplies to the site within the coming weeks. Diplomatic immunity would be expected to apply to our higher ranking officials. *This is an issue which can be discussed at later times, however we believe that it will never become a negative issue.

4) We accept your offer of military aid in times of crisis. As a nation with a developing national armed forces, we offer the same to you.

*5) Our Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development is one of the most prominent in the South Pacific. We have made significant advancements in biological, genetic, and nuclear engineering. New information and projects can be worked on as joint projects between our two nations.

Sadly, after intense discussions among the Prime Minister Chaucer's most intimate Cabinet members, it has been decided that Sandiria will not allow the Republic of Jaminme to develop any Armed Forces site on Sandirian land. Notice, that Rammstein AFB in Germany only remains because at one time Germany was occupied by the United States. The American base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba only remains because that portion of Cuba was invaded by the United States at one point in time. This is why, we feel that it would be inexcusable and unreasonable to allow Jaminme to use the Sandiria as a military hub.

On the final note, we are aware that the Republic of Jaminme is somewhat of a newer nation. However, we would kindly request a list of known terrorist organizations or hostile nations to report to our SID (Sandirian Intelligence Directorate) and Ministry of Defense, for the safety of our people and our nation.


I, myself, look forward to hearing from you and the Republic of Jaminme, as does Prime Minister Chaucer and the rest of our government.

Communique to the Republic of Sandiria

We of Cyberutopia maintain one of the largest and most coherent surviellence nets around, and would be glad to send a few experts to educate the fledgling nation of Sandiria on forming a cohesive security net for their nation, and on some of the larger threats of the NationStates community. Ultimately, we suggest you keep your heads down for the time being, until you can afford to defend yourselves well.
