:) Greetings fellow nations.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Daniel Archanis, ruler of the Holy Empire of Dantinia. We are a relatively young state, having not long ago shed the repressive shackles of the evil Oliverians, who for centuries hid from us any knowledge of or contact with the outside world. I have therefore taken it upon myself to invite foreign ambassadors to our beloved country, and its scenic capital of Castleford, in an effort to learn more.

Professor Miles of Licomnia Univerity in The Republic of Jaminme here, on orders from President Ellis.

I am headed up a research team of four members, Fields Medal Winner Professor Donaldson of Milford University for Mathmatics, Nobel Prizer Winner Doctor Blake from Milford University for Science, Author Tyler Jefferes from Amberdine University for literature, and Actor James Flent from Licomnia University for Drama and the Arts.

I, Professor Miles, will be heading up this team. They are hand-picked individuals, and personal friends of mine. We hope to set up a field of learning for your community to enjoy. We will set up four universities, one headed by each of the above individuals, and an additional one set up by myself in the field of Business and International Trade.

If you would rather, we can merge this university into one large one, instead of a seperate one for each.

Initially, we will be training 20 members for each 5 catergory, and you may then do with them as you wish. We suggest them teaching and training others, but, again, its up to you. Jaminme will pay for a total of 20 students, or, 5 for each subject. The rest your government must pay.

In exchange, Jaminme requires 3 universities set up one for each of the listed Universities from Jaminme. We require your government to sit down with myself and my four friends to discuss conditions on field studies.
