NS time, whats the deal? I heard some guy say NS time is relative to the player, but if X says the bunker takes two NS years to build, what should Y, the buyer, think?
Some people go by 1 rl day equals 1 ns year and other go by 1 rl day is 6 ns months. I know that CSJ a great ns player goes by 1 rl day is 3 ns months so if you want it to go by fast then you go with 1 day 1 year. But its better to go by slower.

If someone's sold you a 2-year-build bunker today, and you go to war RL tommorow, your bunker will not be ready. Time is certainly relative. So a frenzied RL week of activity could take up just a few NS days, or a week of not doing anything at all can be a slow 7 NS years.
Just use some common sense, basically.

Generally, in building the bunker, 1 day = 1 year would be right. But with character RPs and wars, the speed of time is completely up to the roleplayers.

Use FLUID time. Don't rely on a singular system.
