Austar Union

President Edward Grove today made an important announcement relating to the Austar Union membership in the alliance of Greater Prussia, and in the higher membership of Metus;
"It becomes apparent to me, that since we have had our membership in the Greater Prussia, and Metus alliance, that the sovierignty of all member nations is questionable. Although we ourselves managed to rise to a position of political influence in Greater Prussia, we cannot stand by, and just become what nations are when they are such members.
We disregard the nations of Metus, as little more than diplomatic, military, and economic puppets of Melkor Unchained, and although we do not nessasarily oppose his views, nor support them, we cannot stand by and let us have our diplomatic attitudes dictated to us. Therefore, we officially null our membership to both the Greater Prussia, and Metus alliance. We will not restrain from having diplomatic relations with such nations, however we will not be bound by treaty.
Treaties such as those banning relations with Menelmacar and her allies, are not beneficial to the Union, and we refuse to adopt them. Thankyou."
