Houston, The Democratic Republic of Dhabi
A new subdivision was going up just 10 minute outside of the city center of Houston Monday when workers drilled to hit a local aquifer cam on a black thick substance after a quick call to the job site supervisor is was determined it was oil. Yes that is right oil in Dhabi, the national government is going in to find out how much is there and if there is more but from current test it is suggested that there is over 6 trillion gallons just in the section in the capital area. The country will be talking to other counties bout soon to be exporting oil to countries for money and goods but right now no country is taking interest the President and Secretary of Foreign Trade are taking any offers to export this oil.

To the esteemed potentate of Dhabi:
We here at the Resi Corporation have long ago cut our dependance on oil by producing alternitive lubricants from fruits and vegitables. However, we and many other nations still regard oil as a "premium" lubricant, pricey and unnecessary, but still the best available substance. This is why we'd like to build some refining plants in your nation.
Here's the plan: you sell us 100% of the crude oil, we pay you cash. The oil is then ours to refine and re-sell to the public. We also get to re-sell oil by-products that are taken out of the oil in the refining process, like Corean.
Trust us, no one honestly wants to buy crude oil, it's just too much of a hassle to import then refine. If you want to do good business, simply follow our plan, and we can both watch the money roll in.
