As Lady McVinster sat back in her comfortable leather chair, she motioned for an underling to fetch her the poufe. Another was sent to get a drink. She looked out onto the immaculate lawns of the immense gardens and mused to herself;
"I wonder what type of residents we shall be recieving this year."
The last two residents of the Institute had been missing for some time, although the press was informed that all that was in the institutes power was being done to find them, only a small party was searching the region of McVinsterland for them, and this was only to provide the people with the security they needed. The truth was that these residents were not roaming the backstreets of McVinsterland but were confined to the lower, more secure levels of the Institute. After the unfortunate loss of so many residents, measures had to be taken to provent the more violent of the people to cause any more trouble.
Well the doors were now open, and the staff ready to accept new residents.

Lady McVinster sat and read through the telegram handed to her by one of her many office staff. She nodded slightly and instructed for her personal secretary to be fetched.
The Lady dictated a telegram in reply stating that she would be happy to review the case of a distinguished criminal. 'Maybe my first new resident.' she thought.
She then embarked on her daily rounds of the Institute, with minions circling, to check that all was fine in her beautiful house and grounds. As she walked, hands clasped behind her back, she hummed a little tune and smiled to herself, "What fun." she said to herself.

The humm and beating of the choper grew louder as it crested the mountian range and looked on the valley below. It had made a long journey here from Jiggady, a whole aircraft carrier had been re routed to take them within flying distance of the nation. And now they were finally ready to rid themselves of their cargo.

The five security guards exchanged aprehensive glances as they looked every now and then at the two men in the cages, it unnerved them to spend this much time with two such men.

This was the first such venture that the government of Jiggady had undertaken, the previous chief of state had been staunchly against deporting criminals for their punishment. Every criminal in the nation was put into prison labor camps usually, but these were some of the most notable ever in Jiggady and the new chief of state wanted them as far away from the nation as possible because she knew that if they ever got out they would head right back to the nation to ply their trade.

The choper touched down on the finely cut grass and the side door swung open. Five armed men hoped out and led the cargo out into the sun, Nathaniel Bly and Francis DuBois had arrived.

OOC: Any objections to me starting a mass breakout in the institute?

OOC: NO MASS BREAKOUTS, this is the most secure Institution in the WORLD! Besides it would just end the fun, this is supposed to be more grown up than jus breaking out and causing havok and there are only 4 people in here so it wouldnt be very big would it! Come back when you're mature!

Lady McVinster caught sight of a chopper landing in the grounds. "Ah, here come the first new residents."
She, followed by her minions (now quiet at the thought of such new people arriving), walked down to meet the chopper. As she got there she saw two men step out of it, flanked by five security men. These must be the criminals, she figured.
Unusually, she addressed the two criminals and not the security staff accompanying them. "Good day Gentlemen, Nathaniel Bly and Francis DuBois I presume. Welcome, I am Lady McVinster, owner and founder of your new residence." She smiled slightly at the notion of two more to her collection.
"I trust you will enjoy your stay here and be with us for some time," Seeing that the men were eyeing the Institute bounds with a plan on their minds she said to them, "Please do not attempt to escape as this is the the most secure Institution in the whole of the world, you will not manage it!"

OOC: Don't call him immature just because he presented a nice RP idea. At least he asked :rolleyes:

OOC: True, nice of him to ask, sorry but I got a bit carried away. Wasn't in a good mood that day! No mass breakouts YET though! Save the havok till I get some more people involved here! Thanx!

OOC: If nobody else joins this thread in the next week, I'm gonna give up on it!
