The emperor has scrapped the puppet government that was in place and decided that the first nation to describe their governments/military systems in full will be the one we adopt. A gun is to the emperor's head in a sense. This should be fun...

okay..if noone wants to play, i'll do it myself! I'm going to post periodicly on Political Ranks first...followed by the military ranks..military ranks should be interesting, as i'm going by a roman centurion-officer-general-praetor is the exact order. I have extensive knowledge of everything roman, but i thought that i could make a new government interactive. oh well
