After the end of the NS F1 tournament, a void was created in the racing world among the fans of those who favored speed, handling, and of course, beautiful cars. Despite the Imitoran National GT Serries being enough for the nation, it has been decided that The Imitoran National Committe of Motor Sports (INCMS) should open the doors to the rest of the world to GT racing.

Imitoran Style GT Racing is one of the most exilirating forms of multi turn, closed and open wheel, lap racing. Instead of using one of a kind cars, drivers use street based cars that are turned and sponsered. It is hoped that many will take place in this tournament.

The Standard INCMS GT Tournement is twenty races long, each race taking place on a multi hand turn track (to be examined by INCMS Safety Officials) between all racers, with a minimum length of 1.28 miles. Further, each race will be a minimum of 200 miles in length, and have two mandatory pits for safety reasons. Each nation participating will be allowed to submit one track.

Each team will be allowed a maximum of two drivers, however both drivers must use the same vehicle. Sponsors are choosen by team managers, as are team colors, drivers, vehicles, and parts. Teams are allowed to modify their cars in anyway they see fit, save the addition of Nitrous Oxide or Forced Induction Systems. No car can exceed 1,250hp at the wheels, and must be run on high grade pump gas (Imitoran Standard 98 Octane).

Sponsorship for races depends on the track manager and owner, and can either be purchased by a corporation, nation, or otherwise. Sponsors will be responsible for insuring the condition of the track, as well as a number of attendees. It is also up to team managers to decide on sponorship for their vehicles.

We at the INCMS hope that other nations will be submitting drivers, and that this year, as do all, yeilds great excitement and fun for both teams and spectators. To submit a team, sponsor, or track, just fill out the proper form listed below.

The NPR team was this years National GT champion, pulling in an impressive 17 wins, and 3 pole finishes by team lead driver Holly Lutz. Secondary driver John Ngyuen completed every race in a pole place, and is showing improvment over his first year. However, the real stars of the teams are teh twin McLarens. Each McLaren, personally tuned by NIPS owner and Imitoran First Speaker Robert Fortier is pushing the exact 1,250HP limit, each pulling an amazing 1,198HP, and a near perfect HP/TQ ratio. Using personally made parts, Lutz's cars had an amazing 50 pits, 10 more than the minimum required 40, or 1 pit for every two races. It will be a true expierence to see how Imitora's favorite team competes internationaly.

Black Ring, part of the Northampton Burning Ring, is a small portion of the near 17 mile track. Black Ring has been compared by lead NPR driver Holly Lutz as one of the most challengin tracks since last year's run on the Nordeschlife of Germany's famous Nurenburing. The mutlitude of turns is made possible by the numbe of switch backs present for the drivers, and the elevation change occurs over two hills that will proove a dificult up hill for dirvers. In order to promote the races, the owners of Burning Ring is willing to accept the first five sponsorship bids presented to them.

Sigmund Haargad, CEO of The Haargad Motor Company, was sitting at the 'desk' in a oil-soaked, exhaust-scented garage where Starblaydia's premier car-racing duo were said to reside. He didn't like being here, he didn't want to be here, but his marketing people had told him to be here.

"My company, Mister Miranda, has been making tune-up parts for years, now we want you to drive our first car in the Imitoran GT. Here."

Haargad handed over his spec list of the Haargad SX5.

"Nah," Jose 'Mirrors" Miranda said, tossing the paper back to the CEO, "I ain't drivin' that. Specs are all wrong, it'll handle like a dragster."

"What do you suggest then, Mr Miranda?"

Mirrors inclined his head slightly, listening to the far-off high-pitched wail of a cople of police cars.

"Po are chasin' Scars again," he smiled, "he'll be along shortly."

A few moments passed and the garage door lifted upwards. Nothing was happening except for the sound of a turbo engine and the sirens getting louder.

A ungodly-bright yellow Mitsubishi Lancer, bedecked in lights and stickers of sports kit manufacturing companies, including Haargad, screamed into the garage with a squeal of brakes and tyres. The door shut swiftly behind it and the sound of sirens gradually decreased.

"Hey Scars!" Mirrors shouted

"What?" Scars said as he revved the engine a few times

"What car'd you need to to win a twelve-hundred pony GT series on 200 mile tracks?"

"A couple hundred grand and I'd use a new Evo." he said as he got out of the bucket seats. "Why?"

"This man has a big chequebook, you see..."
