OOC: The name pretty much says it all. The meeting is for all anti-communist nations who wish to discuss the dangers posed by communist civilisations and propose actions to be taken.
It's the same as every other meeting; just RP your character(s) making an entry. Interruptors and people claiming to attack the meeting will be ignored.
