Ships of the Orda Fleets


Battleships

Capitia Class "Ship o' the line"

Information: The Capitia is the most common ship in the Orda Fleets, numbering some 60 vessels. It's four Turret-mounted Lazer cannons and compliment of Fury Fighters make it devistating on the battlefield, when at war a Capitia will have either a wing of Fury fighters (Four) Or Three Orda Dropships.

Katana Class "Defender"

With the same weapons system as the Capitia, the Katana is almost identical. However, it lacks the Cargo bay and ability to land troops and is specifically used in a more defensive rolearound Stations and planetary defense, they only number around 25 at the time of writing, but production of these more defensive ships is expected to raise soon.

Capital ships.
Please note: These ships will rarely be seen unless in times of total war, and trying to impress delagates from other nations.

The Razer was the First and still the most reliable Capital vessel in the Orda Fleet, with a compliment of Three wings of Fighters, and the ability to Carry four Orda Dropships at any one time, along with Four TMLC's the Razer can be a ferocious and deadly thing in space battles.

The Goliath is the largest ship in the Orda Fleets, with some ten TMLC, a compliment of Four Fighter wings and Six Orda drop ships the Goliath is not to be messed with on the field of battle.

The Nemisis is the Most Heavily armed ship in the entire Orda Fleet, with some 12 TMLC's as it's armament, the Nemisis is a ferocious ship. However like it's smaller counterparts the Katana Class, the Nemisis holds no means of transporting more than her own crew.

The Revenge is specifically a "Ship clearence" Vessel, and requires protection from other ships around it. It's single high powered lazer is devastating.

The Fiery Star is the latest addition to the Orda fleets, with a similar version of the Weapon on the Revenge, again it's role and problems are similar to the Revenge, however the Fiery Star goes through two phases towards firing.

Freighter

The Freighter is the most common ship in the entire Kyzyl system, numbering some 900 ships capable of carrying up to 1000 tonnes of various supplies, and equiped with a single lazer cannon for asteroid clearence.

Drop ships and Fighters

The Orda Dropship is used for planetary assault and insertion and extraction missions, It can hold up to two thousand men,or various equipment, and has three TMLC's.

The Fury Fighter is the widespread and uniform fighter in the entire Orda Armed forces, it has twin linked lazer blasters and twin Plasma Cannons as it's armament, and, when in the hands of a skilled pilot can destroy entire wings of fighters, as seen here. Ground Forces

The GRUNTS (Genetically Revived UNiversal Tactical Sentient) are the Kyzyl's infantry, and they are also the most common. Fiercely loyal, bred for Combat and totally expendable. They are merely clones that are then fed war, making them amazing combatants in the feild of battle.

The Kyzyl-tank is equiped with a high powered Lazer cannon, preferably used (and normally seen) en masse they are a force to be reckoned with, however one or two tanks can do the job just as effectivley.

The Salamander APC is equiped with a lazer cannon and as primarily used as an articulated armoured personelle carrier, however it has been utilzed as for civillian extraction.

The Assault Gun is normally seen in the field of battle giving fire suppot to Infantry and tanks, it uses two railguns as it's main weapon.

The Artillery wagons (Seen behind the tracked tractor) use Railguns as a main armament, however these are intened as a more fixed firing position, which is why they are normally moved in this "Train" form.

Secret Projects

There are rumours that there is a small scale project of a Hugely devastatung Orda Secret weapons program that puts a single G.R.U.N.T inside a large walking tanklike bodysuit.
This program is classified information (F.Y.E.O.) and the clearence for this document has been limited to current units involved in the program.

Robotics experiments

The Bio-Soldier involves limited cloning technolgy coupled with robotics, experiments so far over keeping control of the AI have prooved successful, but dangerous, it is expected that the Biosoldier will be improved and turned into an ultimate killing machine, many have termed it a "Super soldier" or sorts, however the numbers of them are not expected to be high.
