They came in trickles to the world at first then in the thousends their world had been all but destroyed behind them, and they where the only survivors out of Billions. Fifteen Million mostly Children and those too old to fight had escaped. Their Mothers and Fathers having been lost when the Humans, on the verge of defeat had destroyed their world. Exterminatus, the dark face of the bitter fighting that often occured in depths of space, and one of the many reasons the Eldar had such a hatred for aliens.

Not to say that the Eldar where innocent of such acts indeed the council was plotting what it saw as fitting retribution, but that is unimportent right here and now, for now the Exodites had fled to a world first found by Humans, and a sector of space that teemed with a multitude of nations. However they came to one world that stood alone, untouched as of yet, and indeed unvisited except by a lone Farseer. Now they came to rest and live as they had always lived. Behind them came a train of Gems to rest on this world, after the Fire of Exterminatus had died, they had been recovered, although those that had gone to gather them had risked their own lives.

This was not an act of greed but of simple preservation for the gems contained the Souls of their world. A few scattered warriors now rode escort for the Tribes a few warriors that had escaped death.

In the depths of space meanwhile a treaty was signed and the Kionash of Tor Yvresse, and the Exodites of a dead world joined as one people. This however was not subjucation of the defeated Exodites but a true alliance. As the Rai'Star of the Exodites joined the Council as a full member, the first none Seer to have done so in it's history. In time the full details of this treaty would be annouced, in short however it meant one certain thing to the Eldar... A begining as something changed, the Craftworlders had first established a colony on Mars now they had built a second... and the Kionash understaood one simple fact from this they where now, an Empire.

Life for the new colonists was strange the world was different but they continued as they always had. Great beasts roamed the land creatures the size of the great Dinosaurs of Earth formed the homes of the Exodites, and the places of work. Migrating with the people as the seasons changed. Smaller creatures rode at their heals, both as livestock and as tools.

The Exodites led a Nomadic life purposefully, they had the knowledge to settle cities and create Industries, yet they rejected it. for this was their way of avoiding the weakness that ate at the hearts of all Eldar. They lived as vast Tribes, and while Tribal rivalily existed it rarely came to war, indeed it rarely even came to blows. When disputes arose they where settled in challanges between the leaders of the Tribes, much like Jousts of old, although no Joust on Earth had taken place on such beasts.

When Tribes did go to war, even then something was never done, none would attack the crop fields of another, despite how it would weaken a rival. For to do such was the ultimate Taboo, the Ultimate crime, and it was ingrained it all their souls.
