Hey can there be an old-tech nation... like in the days of knights and castles or even cavemen? Like with tribes and such? Before electricity

Yeah, of course. You can do whatever the heck you like with your nation.
some people in other threads seem to have a problem. But i love the idea of a marriage between old techs and modern techs... afterall a castles basement would make an adequate bomb shelter and moats can still be feasable (if stocked with the correct vines + fish). :)
