Help on divisional makeups

OK.. my nation is just beginning to modernize its military from an army composed of 'whoever feels like carrying around a busted ass AK-47 for a dollar a day' to a somewhat well organized, multi divisional force. Unfortunately, I'm no military expert on anything beyond basic strategy, so..

What would be the basic makeup of a 15,000 man division of Motor Rifles, in terms of vehicles, etc. Doesn't have to be a specific type of brand, just how many jeeps, supply trucks, ad nauseum for it to be effective? Same question in regards to a mechanized infantry division and a full on armored division. Any help would be appreciated; I'd like to be able to fight a conventional ground war and have some idea of what I'm doing.

In regards to technology and weapons budgets, consider the UWA's armed forces to be somewhere on par with Nigeria or Ethiopia, the two big military powers in the region. But then again that's not important.. I'm more concerned about how much of what goes where.

Most divisions are 6-12,000...with larger divisions (up to 20,000) being very rare. I'd suggest going to http://globalsecurity.org/military/agency/army/intro.htm and looking through the different names and sizes of groups. Also click on "Division Organization and Equipment" which provides numbers and types of units based on the focus of the division (ie, Air Defense, Infantry, Mechanized Infantry, etc.).

You can also go back one level (to /agency) and looking at the marine corps' organization. If you look in the Links sticky there should be (on the very last page, 2nd to last post) some links to pages that have listings of numbers and types of units in different militaries.
