Hello, I'm Kathy Fong, and your Watching South Northmen News.
The Speaker for the Government of Wazzu, Manar Tawam, announced today that the Wazzu Executive Board has decided to again tear down trade barriers and open to the international community. Towards this end, Tawam announced that the Board sent out a letter to various well and lesser known corporations and nations around the world; and invitation to a trade conference here in central Wazzu.
When asked, Tawam admited that he did not know what the turnout would be, but hoped it would be fairly large. He pointed out that despite the last centuries isolation, Wazzu citizens are not only numerous, but make up a fairly wealthy, diverse, and wide-spread market.

Greetings Sir/Ma'am,
The governing and associated corporations of Wazzu have decided in unison to once again open to the international community both diplomatically and economically. Therefore, you are most coordially invited to a trade summit in the TransCorp Megaplex on ::date::.
Elegant room and board will be provided for yourselfs and any staff and/or security you wish to bring. However, for safety purposes, no deadly weapons will be allowed in the conference areas.
We thank you for your time and hope that any future relations will be mutually benificial.

OK, so it seems I've enough time and access now to host one of these. I don't expect it to be long, drawn out, etc. like a lot of these balls/conferences/parties/etc., though it may take a little time.
