2258 local time, 2nd Lt. James Goodwin 1/4, Charlie Company commander looked out the door into the warm night air as it whipped by at 390 miles per hour. Safe and cool inside his battle armor, Lt. Goodwin switched his helmet comunications to the company frequency. "Allright people, listen up. In 5 minutes where going to be hitting the ground outside of mogodishu airport, somalia. Our regiment is to secure the airport. 4th, 11th, 17th, and 52nd regiments will be securing the perimeter, do this right. The locals don't have a lot of forces, so this should be a cakewalk, but don't get sloppy."
Situation report; 2319 local time. All 3 major somali airports have been secured, we have 25 Armored Infantry Regiments on the ground, 5 at each airport, and 10 at the landing sight. Begin the full scale invasion.
0117 local time. Admiral Longsteet turned to his aide. "Well captain, all resistance is effectivly over, with only 3 fatalities, and 47 injuries for us. Quite an achievment. Send the transmission to Crebus, have them move there forces into the section we arranged with them."
