FreakFest 2XXX! (sign-up, part 1 of music charts revival)

The SLAGLands
22-07-2004, 16:19
****ATTENTION ALL BANDS!****

Nearly half a century ago, Nicholas Cross, Sr. changed the world with this one call to SLAGLandic bands everywhere.

With the financial backing of The Billco Company behind him, Cross formed the Jukebox Charts, The SLAGLands' #1 music promotion and sales system. In the beginning, the Jukes were solely responsible for tracking the sales of one musician: Elisabeth Krumpt, legendary SLAGLandic folk guitarist. From this one musician, however, grew many, and since that time, the Jukes tracked and promoted such legendary acts as 2,000 Baby Lincolns, Lotion Patrol, and the top-selling band in SLAGLandic music history, The Trapeze Accidents.

When it opened its doors to international music three years ago, the Jukes reached unprecedented fame and success, welcoming such international sensations as Monaa, Crimson Sedition, Youthanasia, and Green Machine. It was only shortly thereafter, however, that Nicholas Cross, Jr. was arrested for embezzlement and fraud; shortly thereafter, an entire network of corruption within the Billco Company was unearthed. The dream of Nicholas Cross, Sr. was bastardized, and the SLAGLandic music scene collapsed as a result.

So what now?

Now is a time for regrouping. Along the independent scene, The SLAGLandic music scene is struggling to get back on its feet. The death of legendary vocalist Rede Cornucopia of the Trapeze Accidents has seemed an inspiration to SLAGLandic musicians throughout the nation, and in keeping Rede's memory alive, they have done what they do best: rock. What they have lacked, however, is the large-scale audience they have earned and deserve back.

Enter Brody and Juanita Jameson, founders of Jameson & Jameson ArtWorks. Previously the owners of Give 'Em Smell Records, the 25-year-old couple has transformed its company into a burgeoning promoter of the arts. In two weeks, Jameson & Jameson will host their largest promotion in history: a two-stage outdoor jamfest featuring many of The SLAGLands' hottest bands, headlined by the performance of chart-toppers Slaya Hater! FreakFest 2XXX is coming soon!

Here's where you come in. As international musicians, you can show the world your support for not just The SLAGLands' music scene, but for art the world over. This is not about the culture of a single nation; this is about the will and drive to create something beautiful, shocking, or just downright fun. We ask that you now show your support by signing on for the bill. Airfare and accomodations will, of course, be provided, and if nothing else, you will be earning fame and notoriety in front of a crowd of nearly 200,000 SLAGLandic and international music fans! And to established bands: you owe it to yourself to recapture the fan base you once had!

I can't wait to see you all here. Keep on rockin'!

Read this as well:

Okay, here's what I need from you all who wish to participate:

BAND NAME:
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS:
GENRE/STYLE:
BRIEF BAND BIO:
SETLIST:

Try to keep the setlists around 10-15 songs, or fewer if the songs are shorter. I'm not a stickler for reading exact lengths of songs, so just know that you'll be keeping things under an hour or so. Also, indicate which songs are covers as below.

Here's a sample entry from our headlining band:

GENRE/STYLE: Punk/Pop
BRIEF BAND BIO: Only recently coming into their own as veterans of The SLAGLandic music scene, Slaya Hater is best known for breaking onto the scene in their teens, as well as the mid-career marriage of Ronny and Bobbi Tenderton. Their popular singles "Age Is Just A Digit," "Don't Hate Me (Can't Hate You)," "Singsong," and "Midnight Breakfast" propelled them to the top of the charts. Their new album, State of the Union, is slated for release in just a few months!

Another sample entry:

BAND NAME: Day Mascus
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: Day Mascus (guitar, vocals)
GENRE/STYLE: Folk/grunge
BRIEF BAND BIO: Mascus has had a hard run in the music industry. Just after reaching the ears of music industry execs, his eponymous debut was DOA at stores. Mascus had to fight his way back from obscurity to release his second album, the critically acclaimed Uh... Hey. Then, just as Mascus was preparing to release a filmic and musical tribute to Elisabeth Krumpt, the SLAGLandic music scene collapsed out from under him. Mascus, however, is unrelenting and continues to tour in support of himself and his upcoming album.

Kaze Progressa
22-07-2004, 23:07
OOC: you thought your bio was long... this is basically the story of Monaa before and since the collapse!

BAND NAME: Monaa
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: Davae Hawl, Kata Macaga (piano), Esa Ira (acoustic guitar), Davae Rogas (drums), Kristi Bakar (electric guitar or violin). All five of the group will be vocalists from time to time; Davae, Kata and Kristi are the main vocalists.
GENRE/STYLE: Hard to pigeonhole; once described as electronic-influenced soft rock; influenced by Radiohead and Sarah McLachlan, if that helps.
BRIEF BAND BIO: Perhaps the biggest international band in the SLAGLandic music scene, Monaa's second album 'No Reason To Cry, No Reason To Smile' produced the second-highest first-week sales in the history of the Jukebox Charts, and the single 'See The Light' topped the singles charts the same week (making Monaa one of only around a dozen acts to achieve the double chart-topping feat). Their biggest hit, however, remains the angst-laden 'Because They Hate Me (Why Me?)'. The break in the international scene has seen Monaa acquire a new vocalist and songwriter in Kristi Bakar, who has had minor hits in her own right. She has taken over electric guitar duties, once shunted between Kata and Davae Rogas - that is, when they actually used one, which wasn't all the time.

The group's new songwriting, bolstered by Kristi, has been even more experimental than ever. Davae Hawl has been somewhat sidelined to a backing vocals role as the group exploit the impressive vocal ranges of Kata and Kristi. Davae is philosophical about this, and indeed contributes to it: 'Nobody buys monotone songs. Hell, some say nobody buys songs, full stop, period... I want songs to be interesting, and if we have to work around my voice then they sure won't be!'.

SETLIST:
1. Mad World [cover of Tears For Fears/Michael Andrews and Gary Jules; the Monaa version is similar to the latter]
2. I Wish It Was The Last Time
3. Because They Hate Me (Why Me?)
4. Left Here All Alone

6. Medication [cover of Garbage]
7. Through Tearful Eyes

Unified West Africa
23-07-2004, 01:17
BAND NAME: Clusterfuck
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: Maurice Guare (vocals, guitar) Frankie Southerland (bass, backup vocals), Abraham Munez (drums), Henry Bacai (second guitar)
GENRE/STYLE: typically described as harcore punk with speed metal influences
BRIEF BAND BIO: Though traditional folk music and to a lesser extend jazz still enjoy prevalence in the Federation radio networks, since Unification more Western forms of music have become popular among youth and city dwellers. Case in point: Clusterfuck. Two of the band members (Bacai, Guare) are West African expatriots living in the SLAGlands where they gained a modicum of popularity in the local scenes. Since their return to their country of origin they've been a runaway hit among young listeners, where their music can be identified piping out of internet cafes and dive bars by Guare's distinctively deep, lightly accented voice. This despite the fact that few UWA citizens have the disposable income to buy large amounts of CDs The other two members, Munez and Southerland, are from various parts of the US.

Their music subject matter is a grab-bag but primarily is a mix of politically incendiary tunes, songs about life on the edge of poverty and living outside the system, and of course a handful of jabs at the UWA's old nemesis, Communist Mississippi. Guare has promised that if the new album does well on the SLAGlands independant music charts he will launch an NS wide concert tour to raise money for the building of rural health clinics in his home country.

Reploid Productions
23-07-2004, 04:31
BAND NAME:Kaosu no Tenshi

MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS:
Hizeme Ryuujin (lead vocal)
Deirdra Skypeace (electric guitar, backup vocal)
Faolan Skypeace (sax, backup vocal)
Blaze Dragonis (drums)
Hawk Skypeace (keyboard/piano)
Toboe Ookami (violen, backup vocal)
Kaze Drakos (flute)

GENRE/STYLE: Widely varies- from pop, hard rock, soft rock, religious, etc

BRIEF BAND BIO: A group of reploids who survived the worst of the Dividing War. During the war, they had all performed as a hobby to entertain themselves and their fellow soldiers. After the war, they decided they wanted to try and go professional. They did, and with smashing success, having a distinct and wildly varied range of styles. They tour fairly often, and make a very striking appearance, as Hizeme is a Ryuujin model reploid dragon, and stands some 30 feet tall, while Deirdra, Faolan, and Hawk are all humanoid flight-model reploids, and Blaze is from the Dragonis production line, and stands about 6 feet tall. Kaze Drakos is a tiny reploid dragon, standing barely two feet tall, and usually does his performance while perched on Hizeme's head or on one of the other band members' shoulder. Toboe Ookami is something of the odd one out appearance-wise, being a humanoid reploid with wolf-like features.

The band took a long hiatus about the same time as the Slaglandic music crash, due to being recalled to active duty during the Um Lizaan extraction operation. The band's long sabbatical at the refugee camp shows heavily in their politically and emotionally charged new album, "To Mock a Tyrant - Songs Inspired By The Big Lift". The group hopes to debut a wide selection of songs from the new album at FreakFest 2XXX, and plan to donate a sizable chunk of profits from the new album to the refugee aid efforts.

GENRE: Varies between hard house, trance, happy hardcore, goa, and ambient
BIO: Like most DJs, Evan uses very little of his own music, spending more time mixing others by adjusting their sounds, and adding more to them. He started out before the techno sceen was even popular in Imitora, and now that the sceen is raging, he rules the night clubs and air waves of Imitora. However, he never forgets his roots, and has started a production company to help lesser known DJs and artists get on their feet.

Rejistania
23-07-2004, 10:15

Members and Instruments: Kimi Sik (guitar, vocals), Juru Di, Hetu Kanu (bass), Mika Jurijin (drums), Sanax Dali (keyboard)

Genre: rock with traditional north rejistanian influences

Bio: The band found itself in the exkola side which they visited together or had friends there. In the first years, Halexa Diti played keyboard for the band. But after some conflicts, which mostly had to do with a blonde girl, Halexa left the band and his friend Sanax took is place. Sanax also brought a change of style: Instead of very 'western' sounds, they started to use traditional harmonies and the rejistanian language in their songs. (OOC: First time posting on one of these music charts things. Did I do everything right? =/)

(OOC: Yeah, looks good. I don't particularly mind you roleplaying these guys as SLAGLandic citizens who were expatriots from your country; after all, expatriotism is one of The SLAGLands' most abundant natural resources. Or something.

Anyways, if you want info on SLAGLandic geography/location or whatnot so you can stick them in a town, I'd be more than happy to provide via TG.

And yes, Celack. Add as many bands as you want [within reason], but bear in mind that you'll at least have to do some stage RP. ;)

Show bill will be updated in a few.)

And now for something completely different... Buttertop's very own By Thunder!

Melkor Unchained

After much consideration, Magnum Jihad frontman Jay Reaven has decided to grace this venue with his magnanimous presence.

BAND NAME: Magnum Jihad

MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: This is where it gets complicated. Each member is technically proficient in a number of instruments, and depending on the style of music they're playing at any one time, they like to switch around. Two configurations will be used for this performance. Our "Metal" configuration, and The "Rock n Roll/ Jam band" configuration.

CFG 1: [metal] Jay Reaven: Lead Guitar/Vocals, Ogan Menderes: Bass/backing vocals [he does the metal voice], Shota Axelrod: Rhythm guitar/backing vocals, and Sen Dabernasi: drums/backing vocals

CFG 2: [rock/jam band] Shota Axelrod: lead guitar/backing vocals, Sen Dabernasi: Bass guitar/Lead vocals, Jay Reaven: drums. Ogan Menderes plays rhythm guitar. When needed, Sargon Antiochus guests on saxophone.

GENRE/STYLE: Anything and everything. Magnum Jihad is known for their ecclectic sets, and are often known to switch genres completely. When producing studio albums, they tend to stick to one form of music or another, usually Hard Rock/Metal

BRIEF BAND BIO: Created shortly after frontman Jay Reaven and bandmate Sen Dabernasi survived the fall of the Nargothrond, the band was formed inititally to voice the two men's displeasure with those who nearly had them killed. Their first release, "Tyrant on Titan," was a smash hit in Near Harad and Nova Rhûn especially, and the band instantly acheived cult status. Noted for their extreme technical proficiency in a variety of different styles and instruments, Magnum Jihad has evolved into what Jay Reaven has come to term 'the 00berband.' Magnum Jihad's position at the top of the Five Kingdoms' was cemented with the appointment of the band's frontman as the Five Kindgoms' Foreign Minister, and has remained relatively unchallenged save for a rival group out of Dunland called "Pop the Colostomy Bag," or 'PtCB' for short.

SETLIST:
CFG 1:
Stages
Still Frame [Trapt cover]
What I do
Tyrant on Titan
Fiberglass Cotton Candy
Secrets

CFG 2:
Zap
Can't You See [Marshal Tucker Band cover--Sargon Antiochus on piano]

Aequatio
26-07-2004, 06:28
BAND NAME: Zed Leppezin :D
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: Hugh Calahan (Vocals), Cody Evett (Guitar), Jamie Lauderback (Bass), Chris Palos (Drums)
GENRE/STYLE: Rock
BRIEF BAND BIO: Hailed from Avellorn, Aequatio, Zed Leppezin has had a long history of sex, drugs and plenty of rock and roll. Seen as Aequatio's leading stereotypical rock band, their shows include plenty of pyrotechniques, loud bass and tons of heavy guitar riffs. Currently celebrating their third album's success, the fame and money has not slowed them down, expect Hugh, Cody, Jamie and Chris to keep on rockin'.
SETLIST:
1. Emmigrant Song
2. Escalator to Heaven
3. White Dog
4. Whole Lotta Like
5. Misty Hill Hop
6. Five Sticks
7. Kashmir (Led Zeppelin Cover)

Tahar Joblis
26-07-2004, 07:41
BAND NAME: Five Frogmen of the Apocalypse
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: Joseph "Winkmeister" Mac (Vocals, Flute, Digiridoo, Miscellaneous), Jessica Fly (Percussion, Vocals), Green Lily (Cello, Vocals, Guitar), Jer'mai C. Bull (Keyboard).
GENRE/STYLE: Jazz/Folk eclectic fusion, edging towards experimental.
BRIEF BAND BIO: The four visible band members share eclectic talents, a love of music, and a powerful streak of showmanship into a powerful creative dynamic. They've played together for several years, and are still unsettled in their style. With flexible vocalist Joseph at the helm, the band has toured across Tahar Joblis several times, recording live concerts straight to CD and blurring the studio onto the dance stage. They've aimed to set the SLAGLands afire with their passion and creative energy, and won't take no for an answer.
They won't say who the fifth frogman is, either.
SETLIST:
The planned set is an edgy one, mixing angst, higher art, and raw militant passion, touching on controversial topics without flinching, breaking pace with the light and humorous, and then turning to a rowdy finish with Firefrog, a quite similar piece to Frogfire and featuring the electrified slide hydrodigiridoo.

1.) Frogfire
2.) Mist Over Moonlight (remix)
3.) Three Gremlins on a Hot Tin Roof (instrumental)
4.) Forged of Blood and Steel
5.) Song of Silvus
6.) Chinggis Rede
7.) Dragon, Hammer, Storm.
8.) Revolution (aka Bitter Breeze)
9.) Hot Frogs on the Loose*
10.) Absinthe or Cyanide
11.) Revenge of the Gnomes: Mushrooms into the City (instrumental).
12.) Firefrog

*Not an original, but a perennial favorite by late 20th century/early 21st century singer/songwriter Fred Small, and one that the band has enthusiastically adopted with little regard for history or original instrumentation.

BAND NAME: Crimson Sedition
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS:J. Grimm Vocals
R. Laken Lead Guitar
Dave Chitan Drums
"The Baron" Chang Bass
Riely Sotts Acoustic Guitar
GENRE/STYLE: Metal
BRIEF BAND BIO:Crimson Sedition was quite possibly the biggest Amerigan metal band that managed to gain international recognition. Although widely unknown after their first album Dementia of the Masses
, they made waves internationally with their multi-platinum second album Granite Reflection. Ranking number one on the SLAGlands charts for two weeks and hovering at the top for weeks to come, these 4 Amerigans made history as the only Amerigan band to gain such recognition in the SLAGlands. With such his songs as "Tribulations" and "Blind Guardian of No More" Crimson Sedition fever swept the Empire and beyond. Their latest album released immediatly before the close of Billco, A Clockwork Orange experienced moderate success, but it seemed that the Crimson fever was over. Due to another dispute the band took a hiatus and was on the verge of collapsing. However soon it was obvious that Crimson Sedition must live on and another memeber was introduced into the band--Riely Sotts. With the addition of a permanent acoustic guitar to the group their sound transformed once again. They are almost finished with their upcoming album, Shadow Severed
SETLIST:With the addition of their newest member it is expected that most songs played there will have a distinctly different sound and may be slightly altered to accomodate the new acoustic guitar.
1. Vlad
2. Past
3. My Droogs
4. Tribulations
5. Memory
6. Blind Guardian of No More
7. Clockwork Orange

MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS:
Fecal Slim ---Lead Guitar and Vocals
Vomit ---Lead Guitar
Mechanical Raper ---Bass Guitar
Aluminum Man ---Keyboard
Horned Ass Sickle ---Drums
GENRE/STYLE: Death Metal
BRIEF BAND BIO: A brand new band out of Amerigo made prominenet by their participation in Crimson Sedition's song Ultraviolence from the album A Clockwork Orange. Only a startup band Fetal Discharge as it was first known was discovered by the voice of Crimson Sedition, Grimm. However their friendship with Crimson Sedition didn't last too long, due to an incident involving a hooker, a sandwich, and human feces. After this incident Fetal Discharge altered their name to Robort's Fetal Discharge. However, the little jolt given by their participation in Crimson's Sedition album gave the guys from Fetal Discharge enough of a following to go big time on their own and sign with the Amerigan International (Records Divison) They are currently working on releasing their very first album.
SETLIST:
The songs they are going to perform are going to be on their first album.

The "Good Times" Club and Sound System is now legendary in Basie, first started almost 30 years ago in the backstreets of the Capital by a small group of friends, wishing to emulate the sounds they heard from other parts of the world on longwave radio. They quickly gained a cult following and within just a few years regularly packed venues across the country, thousands more were witness too their "happenings" (free concerts staged in impromptu outdoor locations). Since then they have become what can only be described as a cultural institution, also running schools programs to develop new talent.
The line-up featured reunites four of the original members of the "Good Times" Soundsystem for the first time in 5 years and also features some of the best of the newer recruits.

Robort's Fetal Discharge, honored and surprised by the acceptance into the FreakFest 2XXX show went on a quickly scheduled tour to promote this event. The pre-FreakFest 2XXX tour featured only this band and included only a couple of cities. Only about a hundred die-hard fans attended each show, due to a lack of any sufficient time for appropriate advertising and warning. Attendance was completely free, and RFD decalred to the Amerigo's Underground Death Metal Herald that this impromptu tour was done solely to promote the FreakFest 2XXX event and to record a couple of live versions of several songs that will be featured on an upcoming EP.

There is only one confirmed song from this mini-tour that will be featured on the upcoming EP:

Duck Masters That We Serve.

The full recording is fully downloadable on their website and pics of that event:

Fecal Slim: "This f---ing song, all you crazy mothaf---ers have heard before. I'm sure of it. It's my f---ing persona l favorite. It's about the F---ING DUCK MASTERS!

They came from outer space...

Duck Masters!
Bearing deadly laser guns
They raped our daughters, ate our sons

They came somewhere from outer space
Destroyed our world, enslaved our race!

Duck Masters!
Now we must do what they wish
Obey the Masters or face their Dish

Duck Masters
They eat all people with a smile
And shit out eyeballs for a while

Duck Masters
We must obey their great desires
We must satiate their sexual fires

F--king ducks is never fun.
But we must obey... or we must run

Run-a run-a run away
We escape for just one day
They catch us still
And break our will
We must obey
Duck Masters!

Duck Masters
They came from outer space
Enslaved the human race

Duck Masters want release
And we must PLEASE!
Our...
Duck...
MASTERS

DUCK MASTERS!!
HA

OOC: I'm sorry but I just HAd to record those lyrics before I forgot them!

Eh, what the heck. Here's a bit more on Pirates of the Scioto

After their first record hit big, Creation and Formation, they used all their time to record. They later pumped out three albums in the next year, From Republic to Dictatorship, Under The Union Jack, and Whoring of the Western World. After a two year break, and still remaining in the top 50 charts, Pirates of the Scioto released two Albums simultaneously, the first being The Sun Sets Finally and the second being Convicts on our Land, an album about Aboriginal land rights and abuse in Modern Australia. Receiving some political heat, the Pirates came out with their next Album, The Death of an Archduke, with resounding results. It topped charts and broked records in Kingsford, Oglethorpia, Brazillico, Eauz, and appeared on charts in Bedistan, Tanah Burung, and The SLAGlands, all with resounding success. Two more albums came, Nations to Rubble and Modern Dismay. Then came an announcement of ending the business. However, two years later, the band reunited for FreakFest 2XXX and is working on their latest CD, Crowns Flowing North, expected to release this fall.

OOC: The deadline for adding new bands is now past. I'll post a final set list and get a thread started in the next day or so. Here's a little bit about what's in store for you all:

I'll ask you to put up 1-3 "performance RPs," by which you RP out the band performing one of its songs. One of my bands, By Thunder, will be going first, so you'll be able to see a good idea of what I mean. I'm also going to set up a "backstage" thread for interaction between the bands behind the scenes, scheming, lurrkeing, etc. All in all, just some good, casual fun stuff.

I'll let you all know by TG once things get underway, or just check back at this thread every once in a while for the new threads to start.

A dumb question, but a fair one. =P

I'll probably have variations of the "FreakFest 2XXX" name, something in the vein of "FreakFest 2XXX! (Performance Thread)" and "FreakFest 2XXX! (Backstage Thread)." These, however, are unconfirmed; I'm also tossing around the following thread names:

* I, Freakfest
* Lord of the FreakFest: The Fellowship of the FreakFest
* Of Mice and Freakfests
* The FreakFests of Wrath
* The Old Man and the FreakFest
* The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the FreakFest
* Brave New FreakFest
* A Midsummer Night's FreakFest
* Portrait of the Artist as a Young FreakFest
* Le Morte D'FreakFest

MNN has long been a supporter of Mangala's vibrant music scene, offering free feed access to struggling young artists. In that spirit (and because Mangala's population loves the arts and it will be a huge profit for them) MNN would like to make a bid for providing an exclusive live datafeed of the concert to Mars.

If awarded the contract Mangala is willing to pay 20% of its net profit to Jameson & Jameson ArtWorks, as well as an additional 3% to be distributed to the bands. We'd like to get vid crews in as soon as possible, so please notify us when you're ready.

[I can rp out the vid crews setting up, talking to bands about angles, etc etc. Fun fun fun]

OOC: Yes, Amerigo, I'm a bit late, and I'm sorry for that. But since Slag did not say go home Rev! (yet), I'll post the bands anyway. If I can be excused, I will. If I truly was too late, they will be usefull to me later, and it won't matter to you anyway.

IC:
Somewhere in the Ministry of Culture building, one team had a special hard day, as thousand of formations wanted to attend Slagland's FreakFest. Some of them seeking international recognition, others in for a paid trip to the Slaglands, and all of their requests for the oficial "go-code" needed to be processed. Charts where made and then made again, as the team tried to add more and more criterias. The finall result af a few days worth of work was surprisingly similar to a poll made by TvRev, which took only 24 hours.

BAND NAME: Tari Sonar
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: Tari Sonar
GENRE/STYLE: hard to tell
BRIEF BAND BIO: Tari Sonar is one of the curators of the RevTerran National Wild Life Reservation in the revterran island called Ank. He records animal sounds and then he rearrange them to compose music (sometime adding a wisle as the only "unnatural" sound allowed). His compositions differ from the terapy music, as they are very full of life (save Good bye!). His "performance" at a tv show made him famous and he made quite of fortune from his songs, but he refused to give up his job, and thus the quantity of his songs suffered.
SETLIST:(translated in english)
1. Meow
2. War
3. Live!
4. Good bye!
5. Humans
6. Family
7. Puncter
8. Happy
9. Ank
10. Fishing

BAND NAME: Lisren
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: Marga&Ramon Tail (keyboards), Rudolf Siur&Ank Ratic (violin), Matei Firut (drums), Nira Fosiv&Toran Doi (guitars), all doing vocal performance
GENRE/STYLE: "anything that pleases the ear"
BRIEF BAND BIO: The band gathered around the Tail familly, Siur and Doi being close friends with them and the other added during rehearsels for a tv show. The majority of their songs are composed by the Tails and singed by the girls (although the boy/girl duets where well received by the public). As from the songs themselves, they are either full of life, either melancolic (without becoming boring or pathetic)
SETLIST:(translated in english, although not all the songs hane english versions))
1. A new day has come (adapted from Celine Dion)
2. Reach for the star
3. Such a moment
4. Lost in love
5. That's the way it is! (adapted from Celine Dion)
6. You are dismissed!
7. You can go now
8. Ric
9. I love you (adapted from the Kelly Family)
10. Upside Down (adapted from A*Teens)

BAND NAME: Raliu Mercor
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: Raliuc Mercor
GENRE/STYLE: hard to tell
BRIEF BAND BIO: Raliuc Mercor discovered a program for creating music for the PC and never recovered. He finished the Music departament at the Art HighSchool in Norad and is curently studying at the Visual Faculty at the Art University in Roman. He creates his own sounds and then he mixes them on the PC, composing music as playing with some lego toys. With the help of his new knowledge in visual arts, he transformed his former boring concerts (him on a computer, pressing a key from time to time) into combintion of lights and theater.
SETLIST:(translated in english)
1. Monday
2. Tuesday
3. Wednesday
4. Thursday
5. Friday
6. Saturday
7. Sunday
8. Kitty
9. Cris
10.Soccer

BAND NAME: Uranus and Neptun
MEMBERS & INSTRUMENTS: way too many
GENRE/STYLE: opera and opera remixed
BRIEF BAND BIO: Uranus and Neptun are basically two choirs, but they are concerting together as they share most of the singers. The leaders are Carit Toc, music profesor at the Art University in Tepro (Uranus) and Tiama Firt, dance professor at the same university (Neptun). They have the same repertoire. It was decided to exist two different choirs because they where ocasions when a more serious stance was required from the choir invited. While Uranus offers the typicall performance expected at the opera (albeit a magnificent performance, as it attracts the best voices in RevTerr) Neptune offers a "Sister Act" representation of the same songs. Their latest success is the "Joyfull,Joyfull" tour, a colection of songs from the Christian Music, as they are or remixed. The preachers (christian and the others, as the choirs performes from/for all the religions) did not (yet) ostracised the choirs, mostly becouse Uranus performs so good and Neptun does not lack the common sense.
SETLIST:(translated in english)[between brakets are shown which version will be performed]
1. Joyfull,Joyfull[U,A]
2. Christian Remix[U,A]
3. Crucify (similar to Army of Lovers)[U]
4. Let it Rain [after East17][A]
5. Defence [U,A]
