Greetings my fellow nations, the Dominion of Kolonoi has taken an isolationist policy in the past. But now with recent economic developments we are ready to enter the world stage and join allies and coalitions.
Military expansion projects, infrastructure developments and public works has made Kolonoi proud to stand among its neighbours as a Strong nation.
Our next military expansion should be occuring within the next few days. We look forward to joining a new powerful alliance.

Kolonoi is Belgium, I haven't seen anyone make a claim to it yet, and I assume it would be fine if I took it. I tried to make Kolonoi Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and part of Western Germany but that was claimed, but Belgium wasn't. So Belgium it is.
