The nation of Phalanix has only one branch of government. It watches over all areas with the exception of the military that has it's own sub-government. The current leader of Phalanix is Echo Maxwell the sister of Phoenix and Joshua (presumed dead by the puplic and some military.) She is currently the kind and caring face of the two billion and growing population of Phalanix. Echo is under constant guard with small exeptions. Though she seems weak she can hold her own quite well. During on of her training sesion with her guards she nearly killed her teacher. Her guards are the best of the best from the four main branches of military (air, space, land, sea.) They are trianed in ten forms of unarmed combat and are armed with a pair of M6D Mk. X pistols and a single M9-45 Balistic Plasma Rifle. The leaders of the military are all members of the Defense Council. Currently nothing is known about these men and woman other than they are the best in each unit. Each division is broken up into battlegroups (Arch Angel, Fallout, Neverwinter, Vampire) each battle groups name has todo with there primary function in each divsion (the Fallout battlegoup is primarily used for orbital attacks, artilery, and nuclear clean ups.) The current primary leaders in the feild are: Fore General Phoenix Maxwell, Fighter Comander Angel Valentine (the youngest comander ever and is strongly atracted to Comander Knightly), the egmatic Comander Knightly ((Realy he is Joshua Knightly/Maxwell)), and the brother and sister comanders Eric and Alice Lancer.
