The King of Aerion, King Wasterin X, has ordered a massive undertaking that many within Aerion are calling "outrageous", and "meglomania". He has ordered a statue built that will stand 4250 feet (Three times the height of the Empire State Building) over the Royal District of Astevane, the capital city. The massive statue will be plated in gold, and fine gems as to glitter in the sunlight. It is estimated that over 100,000 workers will need to be hired to complete this project in the time limit set by the King. He has delegated the task of building his grand project to the new "Ministry of Royal Architecture." While hundreds of thousands of Aerion homeless starve in the streets in the southern, poorer district of Astevane, the King embarks on this massive expenditure.
