I asked this question once, but lost the answer when the forums closed for repairs. Please help me. I won't lose it again. Promise. Anyways, how do you determine the size of your military? If you have the calculator, that's wonderful.

Basicly, the amount you have is a percentage. Most people accept 5% of your population as the most, but I think it should be defined based upon wether it is justifiable. A peace-time peace lovin' nation is going to have few military men, while a dictatorial state in war with everyone is going to conscript everything it can.
