The People of our Country Deserve the rights of Humanity, and under these rights, they must also comply with the limitations, of Humanity. by Wrighting this Constitution, we have Set in stone, Rights and Limitations of the People of our Nation.
Article 1;
Law 1;
under the Rule of the Empress Uyko, All Men and Women Have the Right to Immgrate to a Foreign Country without Goverment Intervention.
Law 2;
under the Rule of the Empress Uyko, All Men and Women Have the Right to Enroll in a Military Organization. however, Citizens Who have pledged there Total Alligence to Empress Uyko, the Citizen who sweared alligence cannot Join the Armed Forces of a Foreign Country.
Law 3;
Furthermore, All People who have sworn alligence must join the Armed Forces at the Age of 18, and must serve until the passage of 9 months, or the formal Release from Military sefvice by his or her commanding officer.
Law 4;
No Citizen of any Sex, Age, Creed, or Race may own any Slaves, or any form of Human Life. this also appys to all Sentenient life, Ie, Immigrants from a Foreign country may not be Enslaved, and it is the same with Sentenient life from another Planet. also, Sentenient AIs may not be Enslaved without the Aproval of AI in Question.
Law 5;
it is Ilegal for any born Citizen over 18 to not allowed to remain in the Country without pledging Total Alliengence to Empress Uyko will be Executed under the Fair laws of the Nation, see Law 6.
Law 6;
a man keeping Slaves against the Laws of the Nation is a Crime with hardly no Eqaul, as is a born Citizen over 18 that has not Signed Total Alligence to the Grand ruler of FEI, Empress Uyko. both these Terrible Crimes will Result in Execution of both the Criminal and, in the case of Slavery, the Criminal and his collaboraters.
Law 7;
All Men and women over or at the Age of of 18, the Legal age of adulthood, are allowed to Vote for any Candidate, and will, by the Word of Empress Uyko her self, ever be Forced to vote against there will.

All Citizens with enough money, as well as a Seat in Congress, may run for Position of Empress, however, in the Situaton where the Empress Dies, the Empress's closest living relative who agrees to rule will be placed in office.
Law 2;
All Senators, Congressmen, and and Councilmembers will be Democratically Elected, however, the Empress will select all Supreme Court Justices, with Complete Aproval of Congress.
Law 3;
only the Empress has the right to Sentence people to death, Evict a man from Goverment property, Confiscat an Item from a Private owner, Expell Members of the Goverment, and Declare war. however, the honurable organization, Congress, must aprove of a Declareation of War.
