My fellow nation leaders, we recognise the rights of EVERY civilisation to exist in its own way. We are opposed to ANY war because of the risk of innocent civillian casulaties and the fact that war is a draconian method of solving problems instead of talking about them.

We certainly don't agree with chemical weapons or with any nation who would consider using them. We have reliable sources in Ashtria, Bobghanistan, Jimnan, Kenistan, Prussia and Leeasia
who have told us about the existance of a chemical called "Dihydrogen oxide." All these nations are in Kenistasia and form part of a "Grand Alliance". We believe that any nation making this terrible Dihydrogen oxide should be stopped and put on trial for crimes against humanity, as they are clearly making a biological weapon of some kind.

We propose that we send this alliance an ultimatum demanding that they cease production of Dihydrogen oxide and destroy any samples they have. The people have spoken and are staging mass protests in the streets. Our government is declaring a state of emergancy in case this evil, capitalist alliance attacks us with this chemical.

We won't invade because we are better than that and more civilised. But we will make our voice heard in the name of humanity!

Dihydrogen oxide isn't even a correct name in terms of chemistry the proper name should be: dihydrogen monoxide
