I am quite new at Jennifer Governments but I find it quite an interesting game where you have to decide the fate of your country.

Is there anyway that you can become unfriendly with other countries and end up in a war, where you will have to make strategic and dimplomatic decisions as well as things like medical care??

I am kind of confused in this way too. All these people talking about trading. It is just roleplay right :?

Yup. It's mostly roleplay. The non-RP bit of this is the issues on the mainpage, which determines how your country is governed, but many people ignore that bit.The largest part is all just roleplay. I recommend you read a few of the threads in the NationStates and International Incidents forums, to get an idea of how it all works. Plus, read the Stickies at the top of those 2 forums, for an explanation of how to RP....
