The Nation of Phyrric, in agreement with the government of Allanea and approved by the House, has sold a strip of land in the colony of East Phyrric in the Haven Region. This land territory is as follows:
To start at the point where the Nation of Riannen and the colony of East Phyrric connect on the coast of Haven Straights to proceed in a Easterly direction along the border of Riannen for a distance of 100 miles exact. This stretch of land is to be no wider than 10 miles at any given point.
The price for this sale of land is 1000amc per acre, 640,000amc per square mile, for a lump sum of 640,000,000amc.
All rights to any resource, natural or manmade, will be turned over upon receipt of deposit in the National Treasury of the Nation of Phyrric. No military hardware is included in this purchase.
The Nation of Phyrric reserves the right for any citizen to leave or remain in the purchased area, maintain relations with any and all citizens that shall elect to remain without retribution, descrimination or prejudice.
