Qualifying Format
The Actual Format will be determined once the Number of Entrants is Finalized. 90 Entrants 15x6 (Groups x #Teams) Top 2 Per Group Advance + Hosts
98 Entrants 14x7 (Groups x #Teams) Top 2 + Hosts + ( WCXV Champion & Top Non Qualified Team) or ( Top 2 Non Qualified Teams ) - If Tie will be playoff
100 Entrants 10x10 (Groups x #Teams) Top 3 + Hosts
112 Entrants 14x8 (Groups x #Teams) Top 2 + Hosts + ( WCXV Champion & Top Non Qualified Team) or ( Top 2 Non Qualified Teams ) - If Tie will be playoff

RP Bonus
While we don't want to announce to the world what our RP Bonus system is as we would like to encourage quality RP's because people want to contribute to the cup, and NOT because they want to simply earn points by appeasing to the hosts guidelines, We will tell you this much.
A mid-Ranked Team that RP's quality and daily will certainly be able to compete on a level of a high ranked team that does not contribute at all.
There Would be a slightly higher "first" RP bonus, where a team would get a bonus for the fact that they have contributed at least 1 quality RP to the competition, in addition to any bonus the RP itself earns.
There will be bonus's in addition to quality for such things as originality, frequency (ie daily reports as opposed to reports 2 days apart then 4 days apart), presentation... and a small few others, that again I don't want to be telling people how to earn points here, because thats not how we want it to be.
In short, RP Bonus will be important and have an affect on the results.
------------------------------------
Presentation of Scores/Tables
A ViLC Hosted World Cup would feature the most in-depth, technologically advanced External Website of any World Cup in the past. In Eauz-TEN, a "scores page' is available outside of the forums. In a Vilita-Lowlands Clans Hosted Cup, an External "Source Website" would be fully functional featuring a static menu bar where competitors can easily sort through each matchdays results, each matchdays tables, The RP Thread, the Rosters Thread, and any other information that would be relevant to the cup, all while staying in the same window, so as to keep everything neat and organized. A Vilita-Lowlands Clans bid would be sponsored by a Professional Website Design and Hosting Corporation that would be providing the Quality Website and Hosting Space.

About the Hosts
Vilita and The Lowlands Clans have a little bit of history between them.
In Vilita's debutant Cup, the First team they faced was the Lowlands Clans. After a hyped up debut, the Jungle Cats were washed off the pitch by the Clans, and reports in the media leaked out referring Vilita to "Jungle Kitties." Vilita returned to TLC for matchday 10 with high hopes, but were once again shut out. Then, in World Cup 15, the Nations would collide again, but This time, In the form of Vilita's Debutant Colony, The Emirate of Turori. Turori's World Cup 15 Qualifying Success far succeeded that of it's Imperial Owners, and by the time they sent The Lowlands Clans spinning to a memorable 2-1 defeat on Matchday 8, Turori found themself battling for a spot in the World Cup Finals. On Matchday 17, with TLC and Turori locked in a battle for the 3rd and Final Qualification place, a Win for either side would seemingly end the battle and secure one of the two in the Finals. However, a hard faught 0-0 draw emerged and another chapter of history between the clubs was written.
