I had an idea, last September that died due to the lack of posts by one nation… The idea was to hold a naval review in which ships from all over the world come and show off their vessels at the location of my naval academy. However, right in the middle of the event, some nation would hijack the proceedings and proceeds to blow everything to kingdom come…

So, what do y'all think?

Interesting, if you got the right rp'ers. I'd suggest making it invite-only, as the confusion of numerous people coming in over the course of something like that would be a logistical nightmare.

That’s a good point that I haven’t really thought of. The only problem is that it’s soon going to be summer and I don’t really know how many people will be around. I’ll check on the interest and then I’ll see…

If you really want to RP, you can masquerade as one of my puppets that hold territory north of my nation…

Thats a good idea... I'd join the rp... but my navy is a piece of crap.

Any scenario where something goes wrong, and lots of explosions and death results, appeals to me. :)

On a semi-related note, I've been wanting to make a NS database of spaceships, keeping track of their size and mass and engine types, tech level, weapon types, purpose, designer, etc.

But I can see that getting ruined by people who just add extra 0's to their weapons or size ratings and stuff without RPing it well. Or by non-original designs like ISDs.
