A news caster is sitting behind a desk "A search team was formed today to search for some missing hiker's that have been gone for three days now. Officials are saying that everything is under control and that they will find the hikers. The region that they were lost in is what the officials describe as a very mountainess region. God speed to the rescuers."

A tall man with a radio held up against his ear listening to the news broadcast looks out over the search team then looks out over the terrain they have to cross. "this is one heck of a time to get lost." he muttered to himself. after a few moments of extra rest he started the group moving again

The People's Moot of Andolai offers assistance. Residents of our northern mountainous region are highly skilled at such terrain, especially in inclement weather. Several who reside in this area have volunteered their services at no charge, as well as the added assistance of search dogs.

The man goes over to the people from Andolia and thanks them for helping them out. "How long do you think the people will be able to survive out there by themselves?" he asked

OOC: I'll be one of the lost hiker's, not to confuse anyone by the way im katt.


Katt, a tall woman, my eyes big and brown full of adventure stands out of the cave where we have been shacked up in for days. My long brown hair blows into my eyes as I stare over the landscape, holding onto the little hope I have of getting out of here.

The wind blows hard as the cold grows fierce I walk back inside to the cave where the fellow hikers are. I sit down along the wall closing my eyes thinking this is all just a dream it will be over soon.

OCC: *wave* I'm getting to be lost too! Fun! ^_^

There were several hikers in the back of the cave, all of them unhappy with their conditions. Besides one. Seth was quite happy with where he was. Such an odd fellow...
"Katt.. That's your name right?" Seth eyed the woman standing just outside the cave, getting up from telling the other hikers that yes, they would be resuced. He smoothed his black hair back with a hand, most of it still tied back in its pony tail.

Looks to Seth the worry filling my big brown eyes.

" Yes...i am katt...I feel were never going to get out of here..."

My long brown hair blows in everywhich way as I stare down into the horizon. A sudden tear rolls down my cheek as I quickly turn my face trying not to show any emotion.

Seth's face sobered slightly and he quickly took Katt's hand, "Katt, don't say that! Of course we're going to get out of here. I'll bet they've got people out there right now looking for us." He had been quick to take the position of leader as soon as they'd gotten lost. With Seth's terrible sense of direction, he'd gotten lost pleanty of times before and felt experienced in such matters. They would be fine and someone would come help them out, as had always happened.

the man shrugged and started out again and every once in a while would look out over the search party and then continue on his way with them following him.

Glances down at my hand in Seth's...feeling reasurred some of my hope restoring. I turn back my hand leaving his grip, I walk inside the cave and sit next to my best friend, Ava. She sits with her eyes shut muttering under her breath a prayer. Her breathing slows down because of the high altutide and the asthma her condition since she was 6. I rest her head on my shoulder as I pray and hope that once again this is a dream.

Hears the sounds of sleep coming from some of the other hikers and feels the wet from Ava's tears on my shoulder. I look out too see Seth right where I left him. I move closer to the opening of the cave seeing the sky full of dark and un-happy clouds. I try to break the silence...

" So erm...I hope it doesnt rain...."

I shake my head at the stupid comment I had just made hoping Seth doesnt hear.

OOC: so how many people are rping in this so far? just three?

Falls asleep inside the cave as it begins to rain heavly....

OOC: Anyone mind if I join in?

OOC: sure go right ahead. you part of the search team or a lost hiker?

Occ: Eep, sorry! I got distracted by food!

OOC: One of the hikers. I think I'll post this one in 1st person too.

IC: I couldn't fall asleep, no matter how hard I tried. My blonde-streaked-blue hair kept falling in my eyes, but that wasn't the real reason. I thought of my sister Marie, scared and confused.

Seth glanced back, tossing a boyish smile over his shoulder. "I hope so too. I don't want the rescuers to be grumpy when they find us." And he laughed softly, shifting against the cave wall he had been leaning against. "Though rain isn't all that bad, as long as it doesn't get too cold. Hail now, that would be bad luck indeed. The searchers would have to take shelter then."

Katt sleeps quitely in the far corner of the cave as Seth and the other hikers chat

"The rain would be terrible." I forced myself to think of cheery thoughts so that I wouldn't get too depressed.

OCC: So umm Temme what is your real name? Just wondering Im katt.


Suddenly jerks up a nightmare finishing. I look to see some of the other hikers glancing at me as sweat drops down my once smiling face. The cut on my face from climbing the mountain begins to bleed once again.

OOC: My character's name is Alexa.

"Ooh, that's a bad cut, Katt." I look around to see if there's any water to clean the cut with.

OOC: Oh..I like that name ^.^


" I think theres a first aid kit in Seth's bag..."

"Hey, Seth, can I look in your bag? I think Katt needs her cut cleaned." I took some training in First Aid and CPR.

OOC: I don't really have any training in RL, just so you know if I get the details wrong.

OCC: Its ok If you get it wrong, sometimes i get it wrong lol O.o


" Thanks Alexa, we might need CPR for Ava see looks like shes going to pass out pretty soon. "

My glances over at my best friend Ava who is pressing something cold against her face and holding a paper bag in her hand...just in case.

OOC: i'm going to just say screw it and join the lost hikers. basicly making this an rp where the hikers have to find there own way back

OCC: Hmm...ok Jon is a lost hiker we all are! Ya Y! O.o

Bites on my fingernails nervously as Alexa cleans my cut.

" Ouch! Oww...that hurts!"

OCC: Murrr. Seth is being stolen. I need him somewhere else, and someone else needs me. So, Mich is scrambling off. Take care my pretties! ^_^

OCC: Ok..bye Michelle! Seth fell off the cliff for right now.

Jones stood up and went to the front of the cave and kneeled bdown by Katt "squeeze my hand when it hurts really bad." he said offering his hand

I look up to see Jones, knowing him for as long as I can remember I grab his hand and squeeze it as the cut if further cleaned.

" Ahhh....ouch...."

Jones gently brushed Katts hair back "it'll be alright."

Breathes in and out

" Alexa is is almost done? OUCH! "

shuts my eyes quickly

OOC: i'm going to be going now. bye every one

OOC: Bye Jon!

OOC: So um...alexa I guess its just us I guess....

Doubting my previous post went through, I would like to join this as part of the search and rescue team if at all possible. My characters, Kara and Nikolai will participate.

OOC: Um yea sure go ahead and add them in. crud. um alright i'll split my current character into two characters. so that i can be in the search party and be a lost hiker. YaY!
