Rasephea Sylviaen is daughter of Baroness Arosha Sylviaen , who was an exiled Aerion noble of the old (now expired) nobility, thrown out of Aerion by one of the dictatorial regimes, and who had been known for years in Aerion as the foremost couture name worn among the Aerion aristocracy before the rise of these regimes She is looking for nations to open boutiques in their most prestigious cities, and capital. She hopes that her line will catch on among those rich, powerful, and famous in each nation. The newly appointed King Wasterin X has declared Rosephea one of the Royal Seamstresses, one of the highest honors in the fashion industry that may be given presenty in Aerion.
