Apple Zer0 has found a large oil field in Panama almost the size of the nation. Due to oil shortages in AZ the President sent a message to Panama requesting to drill the oil in approved locations. Panama refused and again after we said force will be used if needed. The AZ military is ready to be deployed to Panama to take the oil fields.

United Elias- along with a great many other nations- already have lots of troops in Panama. Evil Overlord Enterprises doesn't really care who is there, so long as traffic through the Canal is not interrupted or disturbed. All of the parties involved in the Panama situation seem to be leaving the Canal unaffected, so the Dominion is content to leave things be.

If you think you can take Panama from United Elias, you are welcome to try- provided that traffic through the Canal is not disrupted or infringed upon in any way. If your misguided (and probably doomed) attempt to wrest the isthmus from United Elias results in interruption of trade, then the Dominion will get involved- at which point you will certainly be doomed.

Ignore this warning at your peril.

Panama will be invaded but the Canal Zone will remain untouched.

If this comes to blows Maniaca will come to the aid of United Elias' operation in that territory. UE is weakening the drug market, which is cause for a great big yay. If you try and take that yay away, you will certainly be doomed.

100 C-140’2 crossed into Panama Airspace at 3 PM GMT time. The landing craft have already put 100,000 troops ashore and a second wave of landing craft carrying tanks is on the way. The C-140’s will drop the 500,000 paratroopers and their airlifted tanks(600 M1A1’s)in 8 waves in Panama City and around. The U.S. has granted AZ to use the American AF Base there in exchange for drilling rights. The 100,000 troops will remain on the beach until tanks arrive. When all forces are on the ground more information will be provided.

OOC: If you're not attacking the Canal Zone, you can better RP your assault in UE's thread, since I bet he didn't notice this and I'm not sure if he would really condone this attack, if you know what I mean.
