OOC: Ok, this is just information on Arbra and the people thereof. It is still a work in progress, as I'm constantly checking with people(Sunset, Knootoss etc etc.) to make sure I don't cross any lines. A Back Story will be worked out as soon as I get the Culture, Government, Location and everything else worked out. Also, I apologize for the pictures but they are just too neat and I gotta include them. :)

For centuries, Arbran civilization has been in the background - avoiding contact with other worlds while gathering information and studying the Universe. The average Arbran dedicates its life to the pursuit of knowledge, although works with the rest of society to further each Arbran's connection to the Universe.
Over the millennia, Arbra and the Arbran people have become 'connected' to the Universe. Arbrans consider themselves the 'Keepers of the Universe'; they feel it is their duty to keep the Universe in order and 'working' properly. Vast Libraries are kept cataloguing and preserving information on each individual species that Arbra and it's inhabitants have encountered.
It is worth noting that there is no monetary system whatsoever - each Arbran works together to fulfill everyone's needs. Capitalism and 'free trade' itself is totally unknown to the Arbran society - unknown being that Arbra as a whole has seen what it has done to several civilizations and races throughout history, and has concluded that it is a defunct way of running society.
Arbrans pursue knowledge whenever they can. Arbrans have converted three moons in their planetary orbit to large Library complexes - each holding many, many yottabytes of information about the inhabitants of the Universe that Arbra has discovered.
Arbrans communicate through Telepathy, although capable of coherent verbal speech. As such, things like 'Radio' and other inventions throughout many civilizations and races was never even sought after, designed, or used. With the telepathy, they have the ability to communicate with every single Arbran. Arbrans are essentially an organic 'Borg' collective, except each Arbran is its own individual. Their telepathy lies with Arbra's connection to the Universe, and so does their life. It is also worth noting that each Arbran has the ability to alter the way they are visually perceived by other races (as in the picture shown below).
Arbrans do not eat, drink, or - to an extent - sleep. They rejuvenate for a mere couple hours to allow their brains to rest from their exhaustive learning processes, as they are continuously striving to learn more. Their energy comes from the Universe itself, as Arbrans themselves were essentially created by the Universe. In the entire history of Arbra, not one Arbran has ever died.
Arbrans worship the universe itself, and all the planets within. Their desire to know all partially comes from this, to know everything about the inhabitants of their 'God'. Similar to Ancient Earth's "Wicca" Religion. Arbrans try to protect their 'God' through any means possible.

Appearance is relative, as Arbrans will change their appearance as to not, and quite literally, 'scare' others.
Government - The Queen

The Queen is the leader of Arbra. This is due to both religious and non religious reasons. As Arbrans are essentially a collective of minds, all information is essentially shared between them.
The Queen keeps order within Arbra, and is the oldest most wisest of the race. The Queen, called Suireyh, was the first Arbran to come into existance - and has guided the race through the millenia to fit the will of the Universe. Suireyh is the ideal scholar, sometimes spending millenia examining a single fact and turning it over in her mind. Her lands contain vast seas and countless numbers of Libraries and Knowledgariums. It is through her that Arbra is connected to the Universe, and the Universe to Arbra.
It is through Suireyh's guidance Arbra has survived for eons. It is her that kept Arbra out of large conflicts and death, and destruction of those that seek to harm the Universe itself.
Arbrans are peaceful in itself, and Suireyh is the epitomy of that peace - however, when Arbrans discover someone intends on harming the Universe itself and how it works they unleash a war effort that is surprisngly powerful upon their foes. The Arbrans have only been involved in less than a handful of conflicts throughout their existance, however they have always managed to get through their conflicts and troublesome times without the loss of life of a single Arbran.
Location
Arbra and it's people are located in the Valjean System, 57 light years away from Sol on a 25 degrees spinward from galacatic center, and 2 degrees north on the galactic plane. The Valjean System itself is large, having binary stars and 11 planets.
Arbra is located on the 5th planet of the Valjean System. The planet itself is deadly to most other beings, with the atmosphere being comprised of 41% Helium, 33% Radon, and 26% Hydrogen. The Hydrosphere also make this place uninhabitable by Humans and other races, being comprised of 79% Hydrogen and 21% Mercury. The planets surface is very rich in Titanium, rich in Silicon, and has very few amounts of Sulfur.
The Valjean System is a Binary Star system that contains 11 Planets, the largest one being Rama - which is about 1.6 times the size of Sol's Jupiter. Aside from the seemingly calm and serene stars that make up the center of the System, the Splinter Nebula is one of the reasons Arbra has been undetected for the past several thousand years.
The Slinter Nebula is composed of Hydrogen, Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Kaladrium - a highly radioactive element that disrupts sensors and energy based weapons fire within the Nebula. This has prevented many ships from scanning past the Nebula and finding the system itself. However, there has been ships that have found the system itself.

Those that have discovered the system did not discover Arbra nor it's people, simply because they merely did a quick scan for vessels and then dispatched drones to each planet, most of which were deativated by Arbrans before it detected them. Arbrans have been intent on staying hidden from the rest of the Universe until it was ready to venture out again.
