"Recently, the gates of the Holy Republic of Fodmodmadtol have been opened after a long grudgeoned isolation from the world due to radical religous views. The Arch'Juscte Nyx II, Coordinator and Minister of the Fodmodmadtol governing body and religous head, has opened the republic to the world once more.
As quoted earlier- 'The gates of this divine land have been sealed for far to long ... It is destined that the [balance of] Alilliah has led us to rid ourselves of Isolation and re-enter the economic world.' Stated in lue of a crumbling economy after a commercial crash of the nations finances. eleven consecutive Crusades do a country only so much good when followed by a three hundred year bout of isolation.
Although the 'Official' opening of the gates had taken place that very day, it has been long known a rich trade of smuggling has gone on through the Fodmodmadtol borders, including a vien of the rare Kasykosmekyov plant, known for its powrfull curative properties, as well as it's intense aphrodisiac-like qualities.
As well as its so called rigid isolation has held, the Holy Republic has been known to host embassies to foriegn nations. As well as participating in a new found alliance, the Allied Trade of Montelukast, it has been reaching out to others in search for a stable alliance. Currently our station has been getting reports of Nations contacting the Arch'Juscte in hope of establish- Oh, and now we just have in a live interview with Arch'Juscte Nyx in the Red Room at the Fodmodmadtol reception gate...
